At present, bank loan is the main channel of enterprise financing. Due to the high risk of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, it is difficult for enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to obtain credit support from Banks in the case of limited transformation input capacity. Therefore, the government should play a necessary guiding role and use fiscal funds to increase credit and provide support for enterprises to obtain bank loans. In addition to the strong atmosphere of \"mass innovation and entrepreneurship\", the state has adopted a series of diversified and comprehensive support and guidance. However, in China's two-child families, how to cultivate infants' early reading habits and how to make use of the influence of two-child habit to promote infants' interest in reading has become a puzzle for parents. Therefore, in this context, this paper conducts a detailed study on the cultivation of infants' early reading habits in the two-child family environment. First of all, the article summarizes the importance of early reading habits in infants. Employment guidance and service are the keys to improve the quality of college students' employment, but the specific improvement effect still needs to be further clarified. This paper employs the micro-data of S Normal University employment survey to empirically examine the effect of employment guidance and employment services on the quality of college students' employment. The study found that employment guidance and employment services have a positive impact on improving graduates’ employment quality, of which employment guidance contributes more. As for professional categories, compared with non-teachers, a more significant impact on normal students can be found. For the profession with high employment substitution elasticity, the influence of employment guidance seems more significant, and for the profession with low employment substitution elasticity, the employment service has improved the quality of employment more obviously. On the basis of summarizing the research results and current situation of sprinters' special physical fitness at home and abroad in recent years, the structure and training content of sprinters' special physical fitness were studied. The research results show that the physical fitness training of sprinters consists of three parts: basic physical training, special physical training and comprehensive physical training. The strength training structure is mainly composed of continuous jumping of one leg or two legs, and a number of squats or semi-squat exercises. The speed quality training structure is mainly based on increasing the maximum speed and practicing at a short distance with maximum load intensity.
