Relying on the prior researches, the relationship between personal values, eating out motivations and restaurant choice was discussed and questionnaires were administered to 398 participants in this study. After the elimination of questionnaires that contained extreme values, 391 questionnaires were analyzed. Firstly, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to evaluate the measurement model. Secondly, the hypotheses of the research were tested using structural equation modeling. All of the hypotheses were supported by the research findings. Results show that personal values are an important antecedent on restaurant choice. The fact that the employee is very important in organizations and indispensable for the continuity of organizational life forces the employee to struggle more physically and psychologically with the covid-19 epidemic in this process. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of covid-19 fear on emotional labor, employee performance, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The sample of the study consists of shopping mall employees. The research was supported by a field work. The quantitative research method was used in the research. The research data were collected by questionnaire technique. The research data were analysed by frequency, reliability, factor, correlation, regression analysis in SPSS 25.0 package program. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that social factors affect the superficial behavior negatively. It was determined that psychological factors negatively affect employee performance. The Islamic banks operating in Turkey offer Housing Finance products which are identical with the conventional mortgage products. Islamic home financing products are certainly different from conventional home loan. Conventional provided home loan is based on lending of interest which is prohibited by Shari’ah. On the other hand, having the big majority Moslem population, Islamic finance is an alternative to be developed in Turkey. All housing finance is a large share of public income and covers long-term payments. This paper, will focus on two selected participation banks in Islamic banking institutions. This research aims to investigate the relationship between alternatives offered by two participation banks in choosing Islamic home financing products. In this study, between the quarterly 2010-2019; Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted by using asset size of Kuveyt Türk and Albaraka Türk banks, housing price index, inflation rate, housing loan interest rates and GDP. It is meaningful in the two models established. Independent variables explain more than %50 dependent variables in each model. Keywords; Housing Finance, Participation Banks, Housing Loans. The first goal is to contribute to the empirical literature at the macro level, which is quite insufficient quantitatively, related to the impact of technology on employment. The second purpose is to contribute to the discussion with a quantitative finding regarding the general bias and concern that technology will cause unemployment In this study, technology and unemployment relationship has been analyzed with System Generalized Method of Moments estimator for the 22 European Union countries and Turkey with data for the years 2005-2018. As a result of the analysis, it has been observed that, contrary to the general prejudice, technology has a positive effect on unemployment, but this effect is temporary and disappears after the second year.
