On the other hand, having the big majority Moslem population, Islamic finance is an alternative to be developed in Turkey. All housing finance is a large share of public income and covers long-term payments. This paper, will focus on two selected participation banks in Islamic banking institutions. This research aims to investigate the relationship between alternatives offered by two participation banks in choosing Islamic home financing products. In this study, between the quarterly 2010-2019; Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted by using asset size of Kuveyt Türk and Albaraka Türk banks, housing price index, inflation rate, housing loan interest rates and GDP. It is meaningful in the two models established. Independent variables explain more than %50 dependent variables in each model. Keywords; Housing Finance, Participation Banks, Housing Loans. 在土耳其的住房金融市场上,传统银行、参与银行和一些私人机构为其客户通过房屋所有权提供了不同的条件和机会。在土耳其经营的伊斯兰银行提供与传统抵押贷款产品相同的住房金融产品。伊斯兰家庭融资产品当然不同于传统的家庭贷款。传统的住房贷款是基于伊斯兰教法所禁止的利息贷款。另一方面,穆斯林人口占绝大多数,伊斯兰金融是土耳其发展的另一种选择。所有住房融资都是公共收入的很大一部分,涵盖了长期支付。本文将重点介绍两家选定的参与伊斯兰金融机构的银行。本研究旨在探讨两家参与银行在选择伊斯兰家庭融资产品时所提供的选择之间的关系。在本研究中,在2010-2019季度;利用Kuveyt t rk和Albaraka t rk银行的资产规模、房价指数、通货膨胀率、住房贷款利率和GDP进行多元线性回归分析。所建立的两个模型都具有一定的意义。自变量解释每个模型中超过50%的因变量。关键字;住房金融,参与银行,住房贷款。JEL分类:E00, G21, R30
