The authors show that the devel-opment of the passenger transportation market reflects the socio-economic devel-opment of the territories, as it largely deter-mines their accessibility, investment attrac-tiveness and convenience for economic ac-tivities. As a theoretical significance of the study, it should be noted the substantiation of the contribution of the regional air transport system to the gross regional prod-uct. The data on the level of interrelation of personal characteris-tics of future specialists and the formation of professional commitment and self-identification are presented. The presence of a connection is analyzed at the stage of the-oretical training. The tightness of the con-nection was analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The influence of the leading motives in professional self-determination on the success of entering the specialty is proved. There is a confirmation of a noticeable connection between the methods of coping with problematic and stressful situations and the level of profes-sional identity achieved. The influence of representa-tives of the Austrian School of Economics or the theory of marginal utility on the formation of the theory of value is analyzed step by step. The direct influence of the emergence and development of theories of needs on the formation of value economic theory is re-vealed and substantiated. The genesis of approaches to the classification of needs is presented with an emphasis on their contri-bution to value theory. The main fundamen-tal approaches to understanding the value management of an organization, as well as the view of modern authors on value man-agement are analyzed. The approaches to understanding the value chain (CSR) are analyzed, the concept of CSR is analyzed in detail, based on the idea of various re-searchers about it, the basic components are identified, on the basis of which the defi-nition of the concept of \"value chain\" is pro-posed. Among the main problems the following are highlighted: the critical place of oil and gas industry in Rus-sian economy, costly search for alternatives, lack of clear policy and regulations. The arti-cle attempts to review the sequence of de-carbonization measures in the oil industry and possible solutions: carbon capture, utili-zation and storage (CCUS), low-carbon fuels, electrification and energy efficiency measures. Because thermal spas are very important to the economy of the regions where they are located, this study analyses the personnel and frequencies of thermal spas in Portugal using descriptive statistical analysis. The results show the demand for Portuguese thermal spas is developing in a progressive trend and that the frequency of thermal spas is increasing annually despite the decrease during the pandemic due to covid 19. The analysis also shows that the demand for thermal spas is higher for Portuguese inhabitants than foreigners.
