In 2022, a declaration of Customer-centricity and 3 standards were developed: \"The State for Citizens\", \"The State for Business\", \"For the Internal Client\". The introduction of a client-centric approach in public administration in order to improve the quality of services requires the development of information systems, quality improvement in interpersonal interactions and the simplification of the interaction technology itself. One of the leading directions in the development of economic thinking at the present stage is the institutional approach, which allows a deeper and broader look at the causes and possible solutions to problematic issues and crisis phenomena. The article considers the main trends in the development of industrial tourism in an inno-vative economy, taking into account classical management theories. Attention is paid to such problems as the active development and implementation of diversification strate-gies and the transition from strategic fore-casting and planning to the development and acceptance of possible scenarios for the de-velopment of the economic situation, as well as ways and means to solve them. In connection with the presence of such enterprises, diffi-culties arise in the preparation and analysis of financial (accounting) statements for its internal users (Finnish founders and manag-ers).
