A detailed analysis of the indica-tive assessment of the level of innovative activity of organizations in the Russian Fed-eration by type of economic activity was car-ried out, the level of staffing of organizations engaged in innovative activities in the field of information technology was determined, and the level of training in the field of information technology and related fields of education related to the intensive use of ICT was as-sessed. The article identifies the main prob-lems hindering the training of personnel in the field of digitalization, and ways to solve them. 摘要
