FEATURES OF FINANCIAL BALANCE ANALYSIS FOR INTERNAL REPORTING USERS

Abstract

Over the past year, many enterprises with foreign capital have announced the termina-tion of their activities in the Russian market, but at the same time only less than 9% of them have finally left Russia. Many small and medium-sized enterprises with foreign participation, including Finnish participation, still operate in Russia, since Finland has been one of the main strategic and invest-ment partners for many years. In connection with the presence of such enterprises, diffi-culties arise in the preparation and analysis of financial (accounting) statements for its internal users (Finnish founders and manag-ers). This article provides a financial analysis technique that can give the internal user of reporting (foreign owner and head of the or-ganization) a complete picture of the organi-zation's performance based on the organiza-tion's balance sheet data.
