PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPULSORY PENSION INSURANCE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Article dedicated to pension issues. The ba-sis of pension provision in all countries is the responsibility of generations. That is, those who work now support those who are now retired. Indeed, this is the Bismarckian sys-tem, but it allows the state to carry out its main function – to provide those who can no longer work with the necessary benefits. In this article, the author considers the stages of reforming pension insurance in Russia and presents the possibilities of stable pen-sion provision.
