THE SIGNIFICANCE OF REGIONAL REAL ESTATE MARKETS FOR THE MODERN ECONOMY

Abstract

The article reveals the features of the func-tioning of real estate markets in the regions of Russia at the present stage. The authors characterize the real estate market as a de-fining element and indicator of the state of the region's economy. As a theoretical signif-icance of the study, it should be noted the identification of causal relationships between crises and cycles in the economy and the patterns of development of the real estate market. Of practical interest are recommen-dations on taking into account the factors of regional economic development for the most effective investments in real estate in the region.
