From the moment the children enter the first grade, the teacher faces the problem of organizing the solution of common educational and research problems with absolutely different levels of development of the research and cognitive experience of schoolchildren. The activation of the personal position of a younger student in the educational process on the basis of independently acquired knowledge is new and has a personal meaning for a particular student. The theoretical analysis of the content of the concept of \"research ability\" in primary school children, we believe, should be considered as a separate type of intellectual activity, which is formed as a result of the functioning of the cognitive activity of younger students and search activity, which includes work of a research nature. This research method refers to Borg and Gall's theory, namely the research and development (R&D) model. The design of the development of training tools in this study was adapted from the ADDIE development model which consists of five development stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation, namely by using a model that is descriptive, and the work steps that must be followed which then produces a product. The result of this research is a teacher online learning training model based on the Zoom application which contains material on Zoom programming and online learning training modules based on the Zoom application. Overall, the quality of the online learning teacher training simulator based on the Zoom application is in the very good category (SB) with a presentation of 82.7%. The quality of the manual / training module is included in the very good category with a percentage of 84.5%. The state uses taxes as a powerful economic mechanism during the development and stabilization of the economy. Taxes are one of the manifestations of the sovereignty of the state. The tax system is the relationship of aggregate taxes that have developed in this state under the influence of socio-political and economic conditions. There are many new problems and needs in the economy of our country related to the transition to market relations. They have justified new specialists and new theoretical and practical disciplines, including the taxation system. The relevance of the topic is characterized by the total amount of calculations with taxes in the republican budget of domestic Kazakhstan. An urgent issue today is the tax paradox focused on market relations, as well as the affiliation of tax policy to the economy and social spheres used in the process of regulating the economy during the transition period. Study of the state of the tax system in Kazakhstan, analysis of the place and role of taxes in ensuring the economic stability of the state. The theoretical aspect of the tax system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered, i.e. the macroeconomic essence, meaning, functions, principles of taxation and the share of taxes in the State Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan are reflected. A decisive factor in the well-being of the agricultural sector is the availability of effective state regulation mechanisms. The situation in the agro-industrial complex causes reasonable complaints, it was not possible to unlock the export potential and solve the issues of full-fledged food security of the country. It was pointed out the need for a new, verified approach in the agricultural sector, creating conditions for processing raw materials within the country, attracting investment and the latest agricultural technologies, ensuring the stability of state support measures, increasing their effectiveness. Agriculture of Kazakhstan, being one of the priority directions of economic development, has a huge potential and large reserves. The main products of the domestic food and agricultural industry are flour, pasta, rice, meat, dairy products, mineral waters and beverages, sugar and confectionery products, oils and fats. This study uses quasi experimental in the form of nonequivalent control group design. Data sources in this study were teachers and children from group B of Pertiwi Bacin Kindergarten, ABA V Kindergarten, and Nurush Shofa Kindergarten at Kudus, material experts and product experts. Data collection techniques using assessment of observations for children. The instrument is observation sheets. The data analysis technique was carried out in limited trials and extensive trials. It is analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of the effectiveness test through product trials on the independent Paired Sample t test. Results of t test of 21,189 and a t table of 4,381 or 21,189 > 4,381. Meanwhile N-Gain value of 71 in the effective category. Based on the results of t count > t table and the value of N-Gain, it can be interpreted that the use of giant educational game media learning media with the theme of scientific-based transportation is effectively used to improve the motor skills kindergarten in Kudus. This type of research is Research and Development with a nonrandomized experimental method subject pre-test post-test control group design. With the number of respondents, the students of Public Primary School Gugus Sunan Muria, Demak District, were 280 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study showed the highest score obtained in the control group was 84 and the lowest score was 55 with an average of 67. The highest value obtained in the experimental group was 93 and the lowest value was 67 with an average value of 80, indicating that the average value of the experimental group was greater than the control group, which experienced a significant difference. The data from the t test shows that t count > t table, which is 26,041 > 1,6503 and the N-Gain value is in the high category and the interpretation is very effective. Data from the normality test based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov obtained a significance value > = 5%. The experimental group pre-test 0.093, post-test 0.081 and control group pre-test 0.022, post-test 0.200. This shows that the data values in the experimental group and control group are normally distributed.
