MITRIS includes: 70 MHz IF modulators with integral feeding and controlling unit, antenna unit with support-rotating device, transmitting unit, adjusting unit of independent power supply and the complete set of decreasing cables. The basic construction and technical properties are given. A problem of routing in ring-shaped multilevel network with duplicated rings is decided. Principles of construction are presented for: interregional satellite transfer network; regional transfer networks with channels on the basis of cable lines and/or radio-lines of quasi-cellular networks of Earth base stations, and collective stations of radio access for subscriber terminal networks. Subscriber terminal networks on the basis of monochannels and peculiarities of realization of subscriber network equipment and subscriber network concentrators are presented.
