Their ohmic contacts to the n/sup +/-area were based on the Pd/sub 2/Si-Ti-Pd-Au metallization, while those to the p/sup +/-area were based on the Pd/sub 2/Si-TiN-Ti-Au metallization. The accelerated tests of these IMPATT diodes at T=335, 346 and 375/spl deg/C have shown that the activation energy of degradation processes was 2.03 eV. Using an aggregative approach, an imitating-statistical model of the CDN is offered. The considered imitating-statistical packet CDN model allows to make an efficiency appraisal of determined method of dynamic management by redistribution of packet streams. A method of sequential analysis of network processes provides a possibility of simulating the model realization process using a computer. The dimensions of the designed network are limited in the main by real model time. The basis of this method is the effect of low-intensify microwave radiation on the cooled areas of a human body. The frequency of electromagnetic radiation (30-60 GHz), skin temperature in the exposure areas (+5 to +20/spl deg/C) and the exposure areas were selected individually, according to subjective response. 10 patients were treated.
