Iodine concentration in healthy children is 193.7 - 203.5 gg/L, and in children having AIT - 98.7 -101.3 gg/L. Selenium concentration in the hair of healthy children is 0.38 - 0.58 gg/kg, and in children having AIT - 0.14 - 0.18 gg/kg. Healthy children demonstrate normal range of selenium and iodine concentration. Children with sonographic evidence of AIT demonstrate prominent iodine-selenium deficiency which is likely decrease the level of antioxidant protection of the body and could result in AIT development in children from different regions of Belarus.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130291551","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The regulatory framework for the development of technological standards, as well as the technology for the production of dairy products, was analyzed. All stages of milk processing and further production of dairy products are considered in detail. Based on the initial data, individual standards for water consumption and water disposal of water resources were calculated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. A normative-design balance table of water consumption and water disposal volumes was compiled, taking into account the volumes of irretrievable water losses. The result of the work was the development of a balance diagram of water consumption and water disposal of a dairy industry enterprise with recommendations for reducing losses and using drinking water for industrial needs.","PeriodicalId":385455,"journal":{"name":"SAKHAROV READINGS 2021: ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF THE XXI CENTURY Part 2","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123645589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
