The 15 minute readings were averaged to the daily average, monthly average and annual average values for the period August 2019 - January 2021. The analysis of data by seasons of the year, by 15-minute periods of observations and by days of the week is presented. Conclusions are made about the possible natural and anthropogenic causes of daily, weekly and seasonal changes in the content of PM2.5 and PM10 solid particles in the surface air at Zakharova Street in Minsk. The main tool for verifying the correspondence between the reference and the estimated dose distribution is Y—indexing. In the process of Y—analysis of individual dose distributions, both point dose values and geometrical offset between the reference and delivered distributions are evaluated. To check the compliance of dose distributions, the concepts of action limits and tolerances are used. The action limits are defined as the total percentage of the estimated value by which deviation of the indicators checked by the quality assurance system is allowed, with a minimal risk of harm to the patient. The site is located on the territory of the Semipalatinsk Test Site (STS) and an underground nuclear test was conducted in the boreholes. In the study area, a survey was conducted using pedestrian gamma-ray spectrometric surveys and assessment of levels of radioactive contamination of the soil. A total of 2 main groups were identified. The first group includes boreholes, on the mouth area of which there is radioactive contamination of the soil (19 boreholes). The second group includes wells in which there is no radioactive contamination of the surface soil layer (9 boreholes). The dependences of the fluorescence intensity of fluorescein on the logarithm of the concentration of all colostrum samples are obtained, from which IC50 values are graphically determined. Colostrum samples restored fluorescence of fluorescein to 66-93 % at a sample concentration of 0.23-1.0 mg/ml.
