If they are followed, the goals are achieved, if they are left, any work will fail.\u0000The impact of guidance and moral support exercised by the leader, manager, or supervisor on work with the worker, employee, or executive authority, whatever it is, is one of those laws.\u0000This study will present a model to be followed in this administrative part, which is the method of the Prophet, in moral guidance.\u0000This will be done by an analytical approach to some of the hadiths of the Prophet, and a statement of their relationship to the basics and theories of modern management. And that is because it is based mainly on the intelligence and trickery of the criminal \"fraudulent\" on the one hand and on the other hand it is based on a set of characteristics that emerge in the victim's personality. Where the latter has a prominent role in the occurrence of this crime. MU’AYYAD, PhD","doi":"10.36772/arid.aijssh.2023.51012","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36772/arid.aijssh.2023.51012","url":null,"abstract":"Principles of Jurisprudence (Uṣūl Al-fiqh) is a methodology that governs the thinking process of practitioners of scholarly discretion (mujtahedeen). Hence, there is a need to explore the criteria of this thinking process. In doing so, we adopt a novel approach to the subjects of Uṣūl Al-fiqh that yields a unique insight into the discipline. Shifting to a scientific methodology takes a new level of understanding which helps trace the main threads that run through all topics of Principles of Jurisprudence. The researcher attempts to reveal patterns of criteria underlying Uṣūl Al-fiqh. This should help revitalize the discipline through a theory-based methodological analysis of scholar's statements that aims to extract the criteria scholars employ in their reasoning. Building on such standards is the premise of the proposed recast of the field. This study contributes to understanding the subjects of Principles of Jurisprudence. It is also valuable for pedagogical purposes since it identifies the appropriate criteria to be employed in reasoning. It is concluded that scholars' reasoning criteria are jointly employed, not separately. The results show that combining criteria exists in the fabric of this deductive methodology. The results also indicate that criteria include textual, rational, linguistic, and preferential criteria (benefit and harm). Each rubric entails subtypes. Among the most employed criteria are rational criteria. They fall into two groups, equivocal (interpretation, analysis, and others) and definitive (among other things, mutual contradiction and impossibility). Within the framework of the renewal of Islamic thought, scholars who devoted their time have worked on monitoring the causes of stagnation in it, including the issue of belief. For the sake of attaining this study’s objectives, the researcher has followed the descriptive \u0000approach .An intended sample of 234 employees has been chosen from Oum Elbaouaghi, Tebessa, \u0000Khanchela universities.Meanwhile, one survey has been developed .The leadership types’ survey, which \u0000is made up of 37 paragraphs, and spread over 3 domains: the democratic leadership type, the dictator \u0000leadership type, and the negligent leadership type. The surveys’ sincerity and steadiness have been \u0000extracted. Until the study’s result have been extracted, the descriptive statistics has been followed in \u0000extracting the repeats, the averages, and the standard deviations of the sample’s individuals’ answers. \u0000After the application on the sample’s individuals, the study has concluded with the following results:\u0000According to the employees’ perspective, the prevailing leadership type, within the Algerian \u0000universities, is the democratic leadership, then the dictator leadership, and then the negligent leadership \u0000respectively.
