If they are followed, the goals are achieved, if they are left, any work will fail.\nThe impact of guidance and moral support exercised by the leader, manager, or supervisor on work with the worker, employee, or executive authority, whatever it is, is one of those laws.\nThis study will present a model to be followed in this administrative part, which is the method of the Prophet, in moral guidance.\nThis will be done by an analytical approach to some of the hadiths of the Prophet, and a statement of their relationship to the basics and theories of modern management. Abstract
This study processes the impact of moral guidance in achieving goals at different levels, whatever those goals are, there are rules and laws that do not change, and do not transform. If they are followed, the goals are achieved, if they are left, any work will fail.
