Moral leadership guidance and impact on achieving goals Analytical study in the hadith of the Prophet

Abstract

This study processes the impact of moral guidance in achieving goals at different levels, whatever those goals are, there are rules and laws that do not change, and do not transform. If they are followed, the goals are achieved, if they are left, any work will fail. The impact of guidance and moral support exercised by the leader, manager, or supervisor on work with the worker, employee, or executive authority, whatever it is, is one of those laws. This study will present a model to be followed in this administrative part, which is the method of the Prophet, in moral guidance. This will be done by an analytical approach to some of the hadiths of the Prophet, and a statement of their relationship to the basics and theories of modern management. The study aims to: Introducing Muslims to the approach of the Prophet, in one of the aspects of management Being guided by the Prophet’s guidance in a purely administrative aspect The scientific rooting of the fields of moral guidance from a religious and heritage side and the statement of its relationship with modern administrative sciences It is a theoretical study that will provide the following results: Introducing Muslims to the approach of the Prophet, in one of the aspects of management Serving researchers and the scientific library by studying an aspect of the Islamic heritage Obtaining methods and ideas in the field of leadership moral guidance and linking it to contemporary administrative sciences.
