For the sake of attaining this study’s objectives, the researcher has followed the descriptive \napproach .An intended sample of 234 employees has been chosen from Oum Elbaouaghi, Tebessa, \nKhanchela universities.Meanwhile, one survey has been developed .The leadership types’ survey, which \nis made up of 37 paragraphs, and spread over 3 domains: the democratic leadership type, the dictator \nleadership type, and the negligent leadership type. The surveys’ sincerity and steadiness have been \nextracted. Until the study’s result have been extracted, the descriptive statistics has been followed in \nextracting the repeats, the averages, and the standard deviations of the sample’s individuals’ answers. \nAfter the application on the sample’s individuals, the study has concluded with the following results:\nAccording to the employees’ perspective, the prevailing leadership type, within the Algerian \nuniversities, is the democratic leadership, then the dictator leadership, and then the negligent leadership \nrespectively. Abstract
