Even though the researches try to get a better effort estimation technique. Because it has a vital role in software engineering. Mostly, the industries use the expert's judgements for assessing the effort. The experts may use some methodologies for their references. So, still the algorithmic and prediction methods for software effort estimation needs to be improved. This survey paper taken fifteen journal papers from various journals. All papers are related to the algorithmic methods and prediction methods of software effort estimation. The high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) analysis demonstrated spherical shape and monodispered nature of PbSe Quantum dots. Absorption spectrum demonstrates that the QDs show absorbance in the near infrared (NIR) region. Alternative device structures are constantly proposed to substitute the traditional CMOS type devices. That type of device is a Tunnel Field-Effect Transistor (TFET). TFETs have the asymmetrical source/drain doping profile and they operates as reverse-biased, gated p-i-n tunnel diodes. The on-off switching mechanism in TFETs can be achieved by the gate-voltage induced band-to-band tunnelling (BTBT) at the source-channel tunnel junction only. Where as in conventional MOSFETs, only the carriers with energy exceeding the source-channel thermal barrier will contribute the on-state current. To enhance the tunnelling current, low bandgap materials (i.e. SiGe, Ge, InGaAs, InAs) have been widely used for TFET prototype device design. The two types of III-V TFETs are used for model development, based on the double-gate & ultra-thin body structure. They are InAs homo junction TFET and GaSb-InAs near-broken gap heterojunction TFET. There are various traditional stress detection methods are available. Research in area of stress detection has developed many techniques for monitoring the human brain that can be used to study the human behavior. However, there are researches on stress detection methods and not on stress reduction methods in terms of technology. This research proposes a novel method that detects the stress using EEG signals and reduces the stress by introducing the interventions into the system. This research uses the k-means clustering method to measure the perceived stress which divide the subjects into different categories and estimate the stress level. The proposed method is useful in developing products for human stress reduction. Profiles of an asymmetric gear tooth on drive side and coast side have different pressure angles. The method ISO/TC-60 has been used to theoretically calculate the bending stresses. 3D CAD model of the said gear is generated in CATIA V5 R15 and the Finite Element Analysis is carried out in ANSYS 14.5. Three dimensional photoelasticity method has been used to evaluate the bending stresses, experimentally, at the tooth root of the gear. Finite Element analysis of Symmetric and Asymmetric Spur gear tooth has been carried out to estimate the change in bending strength owing to the asymmetry. As many patients are hospitalized, monitoring them continuously is a bit tedious task. So some technique should be implemented to ease our task so we are proposing predictive monitoring technique to develop reliable patient monitoring system so that healthcare professionals can monitor their patient continuously by using wearable patient monitors. The proposed system uses sensors, the data acquisition unit, microcontroller (ie. Arduino) and software. This system is able to send alarm messages about the patient's critical health data by text messages or by email reports. By using this information the healthcare professional can provide necessary medical advising. Thus the attacker will not have the encryption key which is required to get the original data and so a hacker can do nothing with any cryptographic system. Reprogrammable devices such as Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are used for hardware implementations of cryptographic algorithms. As FPGA devices progressed both in terms of resources and performance, the latest FPGAs provide solutions that are easily customizable for system connectivity, DSP, and data processing applications. In this paper, implementation of an efficient cryptographic algorithm is done in Xilinx SPARTEN 3E FPGA. Noise removal, contrast improvement, and adjustment of brightness are common operations performed on raw images after capturing from camera. Researchers have proposed variety of image enhancement techniques by using numerical methods, statistics, signal processing. In this paper, Histogram Equalization (HE) method is studied. HE is an important image enhancement scheme and many variations of HE has been proposed. Such studies show possibility of applying the development in field of advanced biological study and therapies involving health monitoring system, quick disease detection, man-machine interface (cyborg-implant), various implants and even in physical phenomenon about liquids and their electronic characteristics. However, these studies are limited and yet to reach the state of the art mark, yet possible future outcomes are attracting attention of many scientists and researchers now days, from both academia and industries. This informative review article shows cumulative results of few experiments in this direction. Summary of concepts of realization of electronic elements in liquid state is included along with discussion and few original verification works. In this paper, the basic TLBO algorithm is improved to enhance its exploration and exploitation capacities by introducing the concept of number of teachers, adaptive teaching factor, tutorial training and self-motivated learning. Performance of the improved TLBO algorithm is assessed by implementing it on a range of standard unconstrained benchmark functions having different characteristics.
