This is also supported by the number of mutual fund investment service providers based on mobile online applications. In this study, we want to examine what factors influence investors' intention to use a mutual fund mobile online application. Our research is a quantitative study, we process data using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents who are users of the online mobile mutual fund application. We used multiple linear regression statistical analysis, with previously carried out a feasibility test through the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. Based on the literature review, four criteria and 12 sub-criteria were adopted in this study to evaluate and select the suitable factors using an AHP method (software package – Expert Choice 11.5). The selection of 8 experts was from the ministry of health, a health professional in a hospital, a travel agent, and an experienced customer. It sets the upper and lower limits of the daily fluctuation range of the stock price. When the stock price reaches the upper and lower limit, it is not allowed to rise or fall again. The price limit is designed to stabilize the market, but there are also objections in the market. The opponents believe that the price limit can not reduce the price fluctuation, but increase the market fluctuation on the subsequent trading day, hinder the formation of the equilibrium price and affect the normal function of the market mechanism. One of these reasons is the spillover effect. In this passage, the author chooses Sci-Tech Innovation Board as the research target because the establishment of the science and technology innovation board is of great strategic significance to the development of science and technology in China. China's digital currency has become a global leader. Digital currency is a brand-new design, which is not only different from the tokens based on accounts, but also different from the tokens which are lack value support and issuer management such as Bitcoin, but can truly replace the traditional physical currencies, complete payments and support other financial and business needs, and it is used for digital currency applications. The application of digital currency can reduce transaction costs and improve the efficiency of financial operations, which will speed up the internationalization of RMB and raise the status of RMB in the international financial system. With its accelerated development, the digital currency does not need to be bound to any bank account, and is free from the control of traditional bank account system, and its development will have a huge impact on the way of financial services in the future. The most costly type of fraud is financial statement fraud. This kind of fraud causes substantial losses for the company and users of financial statement. The aim of this research is to analyze fraud hexagon in detecting financial statement fraud of banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. The research population is 46 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method is used on this research. The sample chosen with matching criteria is 41 companies with a total observation of 123. Logistic regression method is used to analyze data. The research results indicated that the financial target, external pressure, ineffective monitoring, change in auditor, change in director, and frequent number of CEO's picture do not have an effect in detecting financial statement fraud on listed banking companies. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of profitability, company size and audit factors such as public accounting firm size and audit opinion on firm value. This research was conducted on companies registered as members of the SRI-KEHATI index, which is listed company that not only has high performance but also sustainability concern. The method used in determines the sample was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis methods including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing was used in testing the data. Many investors are starting to look to invest in Cryptocurrency. However, is it safe to invest in cryptocurrency, is it promising, and what are the risks. Whether cryptocurrency has been officially recognized by the government and has been regulated in certain regulations. These questions are what we try to discuss in our study. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using primary and secondary data. Our primary data is summarized from interviews with practitioners in the cryptocurrency field and also the government regulatory body that regulates this matter. Meanwhile, we obtained secondary data from government regulations and preliminary research papers published internationally. Our research results state that cryptocurrency in Indonesia is currently still considered a commodity compared to a means of payment, even though there are government regulations regarding cryptocurrency. As a commodity, cryptocurrency has the potential to become a superior commodity like gold. The study examined whether movement capital will affect perceived internal and external employability. Besides, we also examine the effect of employability on employees' turnover intention. This study was conducted in Indonesia by using survey questionnaires in order to gather the data. Our participants were 330 employees from both private and state-owned enterprises. We employed SmartPLS 3.0 in order to test our hypotheses. The hypothesis was to test whether financial factors (financial distress) and non-financial (auditor reputation) affect the establishment of audit opinion going concern. 66 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016- 2018 has been used as samples of this research. The sampling technique was performed according to the purposive sampling method. The logistic regression was used in order to test this hypothesis. The results in this study concluded that: (1) Financial Distress positively affect but does not significant to the going concern audit opinion.
