Abstract
The employability paradox occurs as a result of employees' development that can improve employability for a promising career and cause employee turnover. The study examined whether movement capital will affect perceived internal and external employability. Besides, we also examine the effect of employability on employees' turnover intention. This study was conducted in Indonesia by using survey questionnaires in order to gather the data. Our participants were 330 employees from both private and state-owned enterprises. We employed SmartPLS 3.0 in order to test our hypotheses. All of the hypotheses were supported, or in other words, our study supports the existence of the employability paradox.
