The research methodology was based on ethnography, following techniques features interviews and participant observation fieldwork in social anthropology. This strategy essentially qualitative, allowed us to analyze the consequences of transitions households own products and traditional farming systems, the economics of quality that characterizes the New European Rurality has had a special development in Spain for the strong implementation European Initiatives LEADER I, II and + from 1991. To this end, and based on a complex and systemic perspective, we study different production systems of farming families Cheesecake Sierra de Cadiz, this perspective to analyze the changes that led to generate two different but complementary models: the artisanal and industrial. Our work demonstrates the resilience of family economies of traditional cheesemakers producers, who continue to coexist with new industrial producers in the competitive market for quality food products. For this, we chose to ethnographic research in the village Canuana (Formoso do Araguaia - TO), in the years 2012 and 2013, where approximately 1,200 indigenous lives, most of them from Javae ethnic, which aimed an anthropological perspective to unveil this infant universe through the eyes of indigenous children, using as main participant observation. We also have educational games as production drawings, wandering the community guided by children, photographs, games in general. The Bitupita locality is inhabited by about four thousand families of traditional fishermen who do activities that require particular ways of relating to the natural environment, as the resting place for fishing. The said beach fishermen, which is considered one of the largest colonies of Ceara Fishermen are with their way of life put into play before the consolidation of economic activities that are installed in the region, such as the wind power industry and the industry of shrimp. Until the 1960s, it belonged to the fleet of shipping companies that contributed to the dynamics of regional economic system . After that, it became a tourist attraction. Since 1985, for its historical importance, it is on the list of registered properties as Heritage of the State of Minas Gerais. Portanto, o que poderia auxiliar no descobrimento da historia e das identidades etnicas das inumeras sociedades tribais remotas ou indigenas sul-americanas, traz cada vez mais encobrimento. Neste sentido, uma dialetica serial das fontes se faz extremamente necessaria. O panorama do que existe acumulado no Brasil sobre metodos de critica das fontes historiograficas sobre as sociedades indigenas e extremamente raro, resumindo-se a duas referencias: o trabalho de sintese dos grandes contextos sociais de producao das fontes criado pelo sociologo Florestan Fernandes; e o sistema de observacao das particularidades das fontes, a “sociologia dos viajantes”, do antropologo Joao Pacheco de Oliveira. La importancia que se ha dado al valor de la biodiversidad, ha creado al interior de las Reservas proyectos y politicas, que ademas de ser centralizadoras y externas a las comunidades en las que se implementan, tambien forman mecanismos verticales. Es en este contexto, que en el siguiente articulo se presentan algunas de las fuertes implicaciones sociales que ha tenido entre la antigua poblacion de pescadores indigenas Cucapa, la declaracion del Alto Golfo de California y Delta del Rio Colorado como Reserva de la Biosfera al norte de Mexico, asi como con la consecuente violacion a los derechos indigenas segun estipula el Convenio 169 de la OIT . Translation to English: ABSTRACT Over the last forty years the Biosphere Reserves have been planned as an strategy to provide an ecological means (through global politics) to protect biological and ecological resources with a similar model to the type of \"island of conservation\". The importance placed on biodiversity has led to projects and politics for the Reserves, both centralized and external to the communities where they are implemented, and has formed vertical mechanisms. It is from this context that the following article presents some of the social implications of the declaration of the Upper Gulf of California and Colorado River Delta as a Biosphere Reserve in the north of Mexico, as well as the consequent violation of indigenous rights as required by OIT Convention 169, which has affected the lives of indigenous fishermen from Cucapa.  Traducao Portugues: RESUMO Ao longo dos ultimos 40 anos as Reservas da Biosfera foram planejadas como uma estrategia que forneceria uma solucao ecologica por meio de uma politica global, cuja a intencao era a de proteger os recursos biologicos e ecologicos com um modelo semelhante ao de uma \"ilha de conservacao\". A importância dada a biodiversidade criou projetos e politicas ao interior das Reservas que alem de serem centralizadores e externos as comunidades onde foram implementadas, tambem formou mecanismos verticais. E neste contexto que o seguinte artigo se desenvolve. Apresento algumas das fortes implicacoes sociais que a declaracao do Golfo Superior da California e do delta do rio Colorado como Reserva da Biosfera tem trazido para a antiga populacao de pescadores indigenas Cucapa do norte do Mexico, com destaque a consequente violacao dos direitos indigenas, conforme a Convencao 169 da OIT. No obstante, esta coincidio con el avance y la consolidacion del modelo neoliberal impuesto durante el regimen militar a mediados de la decada de 1970, el cual continuo privatizando recursos naturales concentrados en territorios indigenas. En este trabajo mostramos como este neoliberalismo multicultural desplegado en un contexto de nuevas privatizaciones, fue contestado y resistido por las poblaciones indigenas atacamenas en el norte de Chile a mediados de la primera decada del nuevo siglo, poniendo en crisis las relaciones con el estado y las empresas -principalmente mineras y turisticas-, presentes en su territorio. Nos centramos en las luchas emprendidas por las comunidades atacamenas a mediados del 2000 y sus intentos por recuperar los recursos naturales y culturales mercantilizados bajo un discurso de derechos indigenas y ambientales propagado por los gobiernos socialistas de Ricardo Lagos (2000-2006) y Michelle Bachelet (2006-2010).
