Arabica coffee cultivation on thin basins and bordering mountain slants at elevations ranging from 1200 m to 1800 m in Yemen and Saudi Arabia can be traced back four or five centuries.\u0000Aim: The researchers aimed to investigate the factors that have influenced the cafeteria's service quality and compare the effects of the determinants on cafeteria customers in the Saudi Arabian cities of Al Baha and Riyadh.\u0000Method: The cafeteria and coffee have been the primary sources of information for the study, which uses SERVQUAL to investigate the causes of perceived facility and eminence in the cafe. An online questionnaire was used to poll a total of 178 respondents. The survey includes 169 respondents who responded most efficiently after applying the pilot study, which let go of irrelevant responses. The analysis through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) identifies the compelling aspects of the cafeteria in Al Baha and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is ideal for the sector's future strategies.\u0000Findings: The study's findings show that three factors significantly impact service quality, performance, convenience, and problem-solving. The other three were unimportant but still hold their importance in this research paper and can be used as sub-independent factors. Various studies have shown that stunting is a lack of nutrition caused by a low household economic structure.\u0000Aim: This study aims to determine the management of improving household economic structure as an effort to overcome stunting with case studies conducted on stunted households in Kupang Regency, TTS Regency, and Manggarai Regency.\u0000Method: This study uses a qualitative method. Data obtained through documentation techniques.\u0000Findings: The results of this study indicate that the management of increasing the household economic structure must be carried out jointly and cannot be carried out by only one sector. Based on several studies, the cause of stunting is a lack of nutrition. Malnutrition is caused by a lack of household welfare, and household economic welfare is caused by low education. So that the main source is education which is still low. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research site is the Lima Puluh Kota County Fire Service. The population in this study, namely freelance daily employees (PHL) in the Lima Puluh Kota District Fire Service, has 100 employees in Lima Puluh Kota District of 2022. Research sampling techniques that use saturated sampling. The primary data in this study were respondents' answers through the distribution of questionnaires. While the secondary data is obtained from the object. Based on data from the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Higher Education, the number of universities in Indonesia reached 4,593, of which 74.09% of the number followed the education reference provided by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (DIKTI). This results in every existing college must be able to improve quality in order to compete with other universities.\u0000Aim: This study discusses the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediation variable.\u0000Method: This research is explanatory research with a quantitative type of research. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using saturated samples. Statistical analysis in this study was processed using the SEM-PLS analyzer.\u0000Findings: Organizational commitment mediated the role of the influence of work motivation on the performance of educational personnel at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Brawijaya. An institution, be it a state or private institution, will not be able to provide good, complete and accurate information data, if the institution does not have good and regular archive management.\u0000Aim: Unveiling and analyzing the performance of archival management services of the Polewali Mandar’s District Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the obstacles encountered in optimizing service performance carried out by the archives section of the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.\u0000Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were observation at the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, interviews with staff at the department, and documentation (Online and offline). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data verification.\u0000Findings: The human resources are still very lacking, and understanding and knowledge about archive management is still very minimal, shrinkage of an archive in the office has never been done because of the lack of knowledge of employees in managing archives, there are cultural factors of bad habits that cause the absence of responsibility and discipline that causes a deterioration in employee performance. In teachers training programmes, courses are designed to equip them with competences and knowledge needed in real classrooms. As part of the programme, trainees have to go for a teaching practicum in schools where they can practice pedagogic skills and knowledge in real classrooms. However, though trainees have been equipped with pedagogic competences and knowledge, they still find it difficult to deliver. Thus, it is essential to explore the problems faced by the trainees.\u0000Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate further phenomenon that might enlighten the teacher training program in its endeavour to produce competent teachers.\u0000Method: For this purpose, the researchers observed and interviewed twelve trainees from Universitas Pasir Pengaraian who were on their practicum. This qualitative case study used rubrics from an observation instrument designed by the teacher’s association of Indonesia. The data were analysed on indicators of pedagogic competences.\u0000Findings: The results show that although pre-service teachers were prepared for the practicum, they were not ready in terms of their confidence in teaching, and they experiences adversities to convert the ideas into pedagogic practice. These adversities resulted in them losing their confidence.
