The aim of this research was to make this group more visible to the scientific research, which is especially lacking in Latin America. The results are based on a mixed research design corresponding with three in-depth interviews and twenty-one standardized questionnaires with migrant Latin transgender women engaged in commercial sex in Spain. The most relevant problems mentioned during the interviews and questionnaires were: a) food and housing insecurity reinforced by the pandemic, as well as other gender identity needs; b) high vulnerability to violence in addition to a lack of access to reporting and protection systems; c) decrease of physical and mental health, in addition to the lack of medical access when needed in cases of irregular situation reinforced during the lockdowns; d) social and labor discrimination, which promote the engagement in prostitution; e) economic necessity that motivates them to be involved in the sex industry; f) the presence of possible victims of human trafficking or exploitation in the sample of this study who are not detected as such. The primary factors are policies that are still reactive and the timing of execution.\u0000Aim: This study's goal is to examine how economic development in Jombang's Ngusikan Subdistrict is related to village economic policy packages.\u0000Method: This study employed a quantitative methodology with non-experimental fact exposure. Primary information was gathered from surveys of village administrators and local leaders. Secondary data come from documents or directly from linked persons during direct interviews. data analysis utilizing the F-test and simple and fictitious regression correlation analysis.\u0000Findings: The development of the economy of Jombang's Ngusikan Subdistrict is significantly influenced by the road and electrical infrastructure. However, in Ngusikan Subdistrict, Jombang District, telephone and water facilities do not significantly affect economic growth. It was motivated by the authoritarian attitude of the government and the economic downturn that occurred until there was popular resistance to Bashar al-Assad's regime. Village economic development has become a major concern for the government, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia.\u0000Aim: This research discusses Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Innovation on the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises.\u0000Method: A sample of 42 Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Bojonegoro Regency, including the Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer who are directly involved in strategic decision making in the organization. Based on these data, SmartPLS 4.0 Software processes structural parameter estimates according to the relationship model as described in the conceptual framework of the study.\u0000Findings: The results showed that Entrepreneurship and Innovation Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance, but Knowledge Management does not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance. Meanwhile, Innovation becomes the Full Mediation of Knowledge Management to Organizational Performance. Coffee is one of them. One of Indonesia's biggest exports to the rest of the world is coffee. Indonesia, the third-largest producer of coffee worldwide, has acknowledged coffee as a staple good. According to Pertanian.go.id, there are 1.2 million hectares of coffee plantations in Indonesia. Community coffee plantation land makes up 96% of the plantation area, while private firms own the remaining 4%. This demonstrates the importance of smallholder plantings to Indonesia's coffee industry.\u0000Aim: This study aims to assess the extent of the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation in plantations and post-harvest processing of coffee commodities through the mediating role of competitive advantage and innovation strategies to improve the performance of MSMEs in the plantation agro-industry and post-harvest coffee in Malang Raya. research methods used survey methods.\u0000Method: The data were obtained from questionnaires and necessary documents. A malignant tumor of the breast or one of the breasts is breast cancer in and of itself.\u0000Aim: The purpose of this activity is to educate through BSE (Breast Self-Examination, SADARI) socialization as the first step in preventing breast cancer and increasing the participation of the community, especially women of reproductive age, in carrying out early detection of breast cancer prevention.\u0000Method: To delve further into this subject, the researchers adopted a qualitative technique. The researchers sought to learn more about residents' awareness about breast cancer and its prevention, particularly SADARI, by initial observation and interviews. The researchers analyzed and organized the data they had gathered in order to come up with a reliable conclusion.\u0000Findings: In terms of knowledge, before being given health education by Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center, Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) cadres most of the knowledge of women of reproductive age about SADARI was in the sufficient category as many as 18 respondents (45.%) and after being given health education there was an increase where most of the women of reproductive age’s knowledge (80%) became good.
