The research method design used to analyze this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection techniques used are interviews and literature studies. Then where the data collected is then analyzed with theories related to strategic intelligence and national resilience. The results of this study are expected to be one source of information about the pattern of the spread of radicalism, as well as understanding the mechanism of intelligence strategy in preventing radicalism in society.","PeriodicalId":38256,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Interdisciplinary Social and Community Studies","volume":"51 8","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136133471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Academic staff is an HR group that carries out administrative tasks in the state university’s management. The first factor of readiness for change individuals must have is to know that change will be beneficial for themselves and the organization. Aim: This study aims to determine the role of perceived impact of change on readiness for change in academic staff. Method: This research is a quantitative study with 254 subjects selected using Holt’s RFCQ adaptation scale and Vakola’s perceived impact of change adaptation scale as research instruments. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique via IBM SPSS. Findings: Perceived impact of change is proven to affect readiness for change in academic staff. If members perceive that change is positive and beneficial for themselves and their organization, they will be more ready to accept change. In addition, demographic factors have no effect on readiness for change.","PeriodicalId":38256,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Interdisciplinary Social and Community Studies","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136344971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the rampant franchise businesses in Indonesia is the development of retail store networks. Unfortunately, the presence of modern store-based retail stores is feared to threaten local businesses in the area such as the case in Kulon Progo. TOMIRA is seen as the best solution that mediates the interests of the private sector as retail owners, cooperatives, and local governments with the main goal of improving community welfare. Aim: This paper aims to reveal TOMIRA policy problems that occur and explore innovations in management strategies needed in the form of passive franchises. Method: Through a qualitative approach, this paper is able to present the results and policy problems of multi-actors, namely the government, private sector, cooperatives, and SMEs. Findings: Passive franchising is seen as a form of mitigation of policy problems in TOMIRA because it is able to provide a delegation system for cooperatives and the merger process with a temporary credit fund facilitating cooperatives while having an impact on increasing profits for both cooperatives and SMEs. The success of passive franchise implementation depends on the role and involvement of local governments, retail policies themselves, human resources, and management.","PeriodicalId":38256,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Interdisciplinary Social and Community Studies","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135126440","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
