Based on data from the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Higher Education, the number of universities in Indonesia reached 4,593, of which 74.09% of the number followed the education reference provided by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (DIKTI). This results in every existing college must be able to improve quality in order to compete with other universities.\nAim: This study discusses the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediation variable.\nMethod: This research is explanatory research with a quantitative type of research.  The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using saturated samples. Statistical analysis in this study was processed using the SEM-PLS analyzer.\nFindings: Organizational commitment mediated the role of the influence of work motivation on the performance of educational personnel at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Brawijaya. 摘要

背景:随着科技和信息的发展以及印度尼西亚对教育的需求不断增加,这导致了现有大学之间的竞争。根据高等教育总局秘书处的数据,印度尼西亚的大学数量达到4,593所,其中74.09%的大学遵循高等教育、研究和技术总局(DIKTI)提供的教育参考。这导致每一个现有的学院必须能够提高质量,以与其他大学竞争。目的:本研究以组织承诺为中介变量,探讨培训和工作动机对员工绩效的影响。方法:本研究为解释性研究,采用定量研究型。本研究采用的抽样技术为饱和样本的非概率抽样。本研究采用SEM-PLS分析仪进行统计分析。研究发现:组织承诺中介了工作动机对布拉维贾亚大学农学院教育人员绩效的影响。这是因为当员工有很高的动机,并且这个动机已经被组织实现了,他们会对组织更加忠诚,间接地提高员工的绩效。
