Everyone seeks to save the consumption of natural resources through the recovery and reuse of waste. The study of waste flows is among the current research topics in reverse logistics. One of the problems of implementing reverse logistics is the high cost of flow. Metal scrap comes mainly from industry, they are qualified as hazardous industrial waste requiring special treatment. In this article, we propose a linear programming model to optimize the processing flow of metal waste. The objective is to determine the efficient route of the reverse logistics which will allow to minimize the total cost of the operation of recycling of metals due to capacity constraints imposed. Bouroumi","doi":"10.1109/IRASET52964.2022.9738202","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/IRASET52964.2022.9738202","url":null,"abstract":"We propose a deep neural network for detecting the severity levels of diabetic retinopathy disease by analyzing high-resolution retinography images. The architecture of this network is heuristically constructed starting with the simplest possible structure with no hidden layers, and progressively improving it by adding three types of hidden layers: fully connected, convolutional, and pooling layers. The training, validation, and generalization test of this architecture were performed on a real-world, open-access, and BSD-licensed dataset containing 3662 high-resolution color images, 72% of which were used to train the model while 20% were reserved for the validation process, and 8% for the generalization test on unseen images. These devices sense, gather and actuate information in their deployed environment. This concept is called as Internet of Things (IoT). In other words, IoT phenomenon is an emerging technology enabling such applications in our lives. IoT is regarded as a fourth industrial revolution because of it extensive coverage of services and applications. Intrinsically, Internet architecture and protocols has become a natural approach to apply to IoT design. However, despite the success of the Internet architecture and protocols, recent research has been reporting the deficiencies of this approach. IoT-based applications demand content oriented services. However, Internet design is host-centric. This architectural departure has led the researches into design of Future Internet Architectures (FIAs). Among them, Named data Networking (NDN) is also emerging as a promising FIA where it fits the communication needs of IoT networks typically. As a result, NDN architecture and protocols are considered to be implemented for IoT devices. Nevertheless, there are only a few implementation exists currently. Because of all of these reasons, we have aimed to provide design and implementation detail of a light-weight NDN protocol stack, called as $mu text{NDN}$, running on Contiki Operating System (OS) for constrained IoT devices. Contiki is an OS that is developed for constrained IoT devices. In this study, an NDN protocol stack that can work on top of IEEE 802.15.4 link and physical layers has been developed and presented. Therefore, it is important that during the rehabilitation injured and/or elderly people learn how to walk with a walker. Currently, patients are dependent of their healthcare professionals to assist them and correct their gait pattern if needed, which limits them in when and where they can train walking. In view of this problem, a smart walker was designed which assists the patient by monitoring feet placement and alerting when incorrect usage is detected. In this way, the patient can train independently. This work describes the design of the smart walker, consisting out of a depth camera, RGB cameras and ultrasonic sensors. Thereafter, fake news is becoming a trending area of research. However, fake news can be differentiated into several subcategories, such as fake reviews, Propaganda, Ru-mor, spams etc. In this paper, fake news studies are analyzed and classified based on their focus areas, this helps to understand that which fake news areas have higher concentrations of research efforts and which area requires the research attention. The objective of this communication is to bring out the real practices of sustainable development in the SME and this in terms of means mobilized in the realization of the environmental dimension, indeed, the SME being in an era where the environmental constraints do not cease complicating with the sides, especially, of the large structures. The investigation is carried out with the SME of the city of Kenitra because of the importance that requires this city in terms of area and economic contribution to the scale of the region which is 13.6% of jobs generated by the SME according to the HCP (2018). The results obtained show that in parallel with the economic and social concern, the Moroccan SME must integrate the different environmental practices in its managerial vision. The study aims to design a real-time monitoring system that detects violations on physical Distancing by applying the You Only Look Once version 4 computer vision model. The program detects the pairwise distance between two persons in a frame and indicates whether they comply with the minimum 1.5 distance between persons. The video frame comprises zone 1 being the farthest from the camera, zone 2, and zone 3 being the nearest from the camera. The program calculates the Euclidean distance between persons and generates a pixel value converted to a metric value by a scale multiplier. The scaling multiplier varies depending on the zone at which the location of the detected person is. The mean absolute error of the distance predicted by the program is at 7.8 centimeters, 5.73 centimeters, and 5.21 centimeters at zones 1, 2, and 3, respectively. But their conventional power chain still has limitations on their performance. This paper proposes a new structure based on an open-end winding induction motor fed by a dual inverter. The aim of this work is to develop a reliable mathematical model of the new power chain and its control strategy in MATLAB/Simulink and carry out an experimental validation of this structure on a laboratory set-up using the dSPACE 1104 board. In this article, the link of full-mode SIW (FMSIW), eighth-mode SIW (EMSIW), and sixteenth mode SIW (SMSIW) has been presented with their additional advantages.
