The synthesized ship course control system was investigated in MATLAB. The law of controlling the ship’s course\u0000with unknown parameters and external disturbances in the power supply is proposed. The design of the control law is based on a robust auxiliary loop algorithm and Khalil observers. The simulations illustrate the efficiency of the proposed control law.

There are millions of processes proceeding in it accompanied by various spectra of rhythms. This paper tests the hypothesis that the slow delta rhythm excites the gamma rhythm oscillations. Unlike other papers, we determine the slow rhythm spectrum not at the hypothesis stage but during the experiment. We design algorithms of filtering, envelope extraction, and correlation coefficient calculation for signal processing. Moreover, we examine the data on all electroencephalogram channels, which allows us to make a more reasonable conclusion. We confirm that a slow delta rhythm excites a fast gamma rhythm with an amplitude-phase type of interaction and calculate a delay between these two signals\u0000equal to about half a second.

One of the main applications of UAVs is data collection with their reference to a given coordinate system. For example, for the task of aerial photography, it is necessary to accurately link each image to the global coordinate system. In addition to the exact location of coordinates, it is worth the exact movement of a given route, to collect data of exactly those places that are needed. Thus, it is very important to ensure the minimum deviation of the UAV from the given route under the conditions of external disturbances (wind disturbances) acting on it. The article describes a procedure for assessing wind speed and direction for a UAV control system using the SPSA method. The simulation results of the algorithm operation, confirmed during flight tests on an ultralight UAV with an ardupilot autopilot, are presented.

In the first stage, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to suppress the noise. PCA is applied to image blocks to characterize localized features and rare image patches. In the second stage, we use the Gaussian curvature to develop an adaptive total-variation-based (TV) denoising model to effectively remove visual artifacts and noise residual generated by the first stage. Finally, the denoised image is sharpened in order to enhance the contrast of the denoising result. Experimental results on natural images and computed tomography (CT) images demonstrated that the proposed algorithm yields denoising results better than competing algorithms in terms of both qualitative and quantitative aspects.

The independence of incubation time value on the ice temperature is established in contrast with the significant dependency of the critical stress parameter. In the current paper, we primarly aim to study such networked systems by developing corresponding approaches to modeling them, given a class of tasks. We derive it from the primary concept of information and a system, with corresponding dynamics emerging from interactions between system components. As we progress through the study, we discover three possible levels of certain synchronous pattern composition in complex systems: microscopic (the level of elementary components), mesoscopic (the level of clusters), and macroscopic (the level of the whole system). Above all, we focus on the clusterization phenomenon, which allows to reduce system complexity by regarding only a small number of stable manifolds, corresponding to cluster synchronization of system component states—as opposed to regarding the system as a whole or each elementary component separately. Eventually, we demonstrate\u0000how an optimization problem for cluster control synthesis can be formulated for a simple discrete linear system with clusterization.
