Alasan utama perlu dilaksanakannnya asesmen akuntabilitas ini adalah mengevaluasi cara atau strategi dalam membantu siswa, meningkatkan program konselingnya, mengidentifikasi hambatan dan kesenjangan siswa, dan untuk menunjukkan efektivitas suatu program. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul ketika akan dilaksanakannya asesmen akuntabilitas adalah kekhawatiran konselor dengan data intervensi yang tidak efektif, kurangnya waktu dan minat, kurangnya kepercayaan diri dalam bekerja dengan data, dalam melaporkannya kepada orang tua atau pemangku kepentingan lainnya, kurangnya kepercayaan konselor sekolah dengan keterampilan akuntabilitasnya karena pelatihan yang mereka terima sangat terbatas, pengetahuan mengenai evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling yang masih rendah, keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pelatihan dalam metode penelitian dan evaluasi, sulitnya mengukur hasil konseling sekolah, kurangnya sumber daya keuangan dan manusia, kurangnya kejelasan tentang kriteria untuk mengukur, tidak selalu menunjukkan dengan jelas bagaimana kontribusinya akan berdampak positif terhadap prestasi dan kesuksesan siswa. We begin by illustrating why entanglement implies action at a distance. We then introduce a simple criterion for determining when a pure quantum state is entangled. Dalam artikel ini menjelaskan secara spesifik tentang implementasi sebuah teknik dalam konseling yaitu restrukturisasi kognitif model coping thought secara praktis dan pendalaman materi secara teoritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang mencoba untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah implementasi dan kesesuaian dalam pengentasan permasalahan pribadi dan sosial. Populasi dan pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada prinsip pendekatan kualitatif dengan penggunaan potensi sampel acak. Ujian akhir nasional (UN) merupakan suatu situasi yang sangat membuat cemas dan ketakutan bagi para siswa karena UN ini menentukan kelulusan siswa agar dapat mengikuti jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat kecemasan yang dirasakan oleh siswa tentunya berbeda-beda, ada yang tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Untuk mengatasi kecemasan siswa membutuhkan social support dari orang disekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. This article uses the literature review method to elaborate factors that have a significant effect on students' (adolescent) career planning; the concept of the right career decision; and teacher guidance and counseling efforts to improve the effectiveness of career counseling and guidance services. Career planning and decisions are recommended as a vital subject in order to prepare students in the 4.0 industrial revolution. Pendekatan ini menempatkan manusia sebagai manusia, menempatkan peserta didik sebagai subyek, bukan obyek. Student Centered Learning memberikan kebebasan kepada mahasiswa untuk memiliki kesempatan untuk menggali sendiri ilmu pengetahuannya sehingga akan didapat pengetahuan yang mendalam. Proses pembelajaran berbasis student centered learning (SCL) sudah banyak diterapkan sekolah dasar maupun ditingkat sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan student centered learning di level perguruan tinggi. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan di Program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Subyek atau peserta adalah mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah Asesmen Psikologi Teknik Non Tesyang berjumlah 34 orang. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak kendala dalam pelaksanaan SCL pada mahasiswa, walaupun sebenarnya level mahasiswa sudah mampu berfikir analitik. Kendala yang dialami kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengemukakan pendapat sehingga kelihatan pasif. Sumber daya lingkungan juga masih terbatas, akses untuk mendapatkan informasi masih kurang. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the type of pretest-posttest control group design research. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cileunyi Academic year 2018-2019. Samples were taken based on random sampling techniques. By using the sampling technique, the results obtained class VIII-H as an experimental class and class VIII-J as a control class. Data collection techniques using a social skills questionnaire. The treatment in the experimental class was given as many as five sessions. After the treatment is given, the results of the post-test are obtained which are then processed using SPSS 25 and the results obtained are normally distributed and homogeneous. Then to test the hypothesis used paired sample t test and independent sample t-test.The average results of the experimental class pre-test scores 113.89 and the average post-test results 131.11. While the control class average pre-test results 114.56 and post-test average results 123.89. By looking at Sig. (2-tailed) paired sample t test of the experimental class is 0,000> 0.05. And Sig. (2-tailed) independent sample t-test 0.018 <0.05. This wave function is gleaned from the single particle energy-momentum eigenstate offered by the theory of space filling universal quantum fields that is an inevitable outcome of Dirac's pioneering masterpiece. Examples of these well-known enigmas are wave particle duality, the de Broglie hypothesis, the uncertainty principle, wave function collapse, and predictions of measurement outcomes in terms of probability instead of certainty. Paul Dirac successfully incorporated special theory of relativity into quantum mechanics for the first time. This was accomplished through his ingenious use of matrices that allowed the equations of motion to maintain the necessary first order time derivative feature necessary for positive probability density. The ensuing Dirac equation for the electron led to the recognition of the mystifying quantized spin and magnetic moment as intrinsic properties in contrast to earlier ad hoc assumptions.
