This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data sources consist of informants and documents collected through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation techniques. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results showed that teacher perceptions were formed through the teacher's process of seeking information about online learning, adapting to online learning, and evaluating the implementation of online learning. The teacher's perception of online learning is influenced by the teacher's experience. This also affects the way teachers implement online learning in elementary schools. The implementation of online learning consists of planning, implementation, and assessment. Teachers have not been able to carry out learning according to process standards. This can be seen from the results of school examinations and student competition achievements at the district level in the last five years, the low performance of teachers due to lack of supervision and teacher education qualifications which are part of the cause. The research sample was 60 of 470 teachers which was carried out purposefully. The independent variables in this study were clinical supervision (X1) and educational qualifications (X2), while the dependent variable was teacher performance (Y). The measurements were carried out using a Likert scale while the data analysis used a two-way ANOVA. After the instrument was tested for validity and reliability, primary data was collected. The results of data processing showed that clinical supervision had a positive impact on teacher performance, compared to conventional supervision. Meanwhile, the educational qualifications of teachers who have a linear education in the field they are taught have better performance compared to teachers whose educational qualifications are not linear. The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of online learning and the effect of online learning problems on students' learning motivation. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the problem of online learning is incomplete student attendance. unsupported networks, lack of online learning facilities and infrastructure, teachers find it difficult to get feedback from students. The results of the assessment from media experts reached an average percentage of 93.23% with the criteria of \"very good\". The results of the assessment from material experts reached an average percentage of 91.35% with the criteria of \"very good\". The respondents of the study were 90 grade five students who enrolled in second semester academic year 2021-2022, in one private school in North Minahasa. To collect the data needed for ICT integration in learning, the researcher distributed a self-construct questionnaire based on the theory of TAM, which was arranged according to Likert’s Scale with 5 alternative answers, from never to always. Meanwhile, the data of students’ mathematics achievement were based on the result of their mathematics exam. The result of the study showed that both ICT integration in learning and students’ Mathematics achievement were in moderate or sufficient categories. Moreover, the result proved that there is a significant relationship between ICT integration in learning and students’ Mathematics achievement. This type of research is phenomenological qualitative research, starting from paying attention and examining the focus of the phenomenon to be studied, looking at various subjective aspects of object behavior. Then carry out data mining by interviewing the object or informant and making direct observations. The research method used is descriptive. The results of the Mathematics Learning Analysis from practice questions about data collection and presentation materials using Interactive Multimedia in Online Learning at SD Negeri Trangkil 01 Pati showed that it had been carried out well and achieved an increase of 2%, initially the practice of learning questions 1 had an average value of 90 with very good criteria. In the practice of learning questions 2 the average value is 92.7 with very good criteria. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire analysis of mathematics learning outcomes in online learning for fifth grade students at SDN Trangkil 01 Pati, there were 29 respondents who were filled out by students. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods using interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the findings found there are six students who have difficulty learning IPA. Internal factors that affect IPA learning difficulties are due to lack of health, body defects, low intelligence, low student interest in learning and less learning motivation. External factors that affect IPA learning difficulties are the way parents educate children less optimally, the lack of parental attention to student learning activities, parents and children's relationships are not good, the atmosphere of the house that interferes with student concentration while studying, the undisciplined learning, and the influence of mass media and associates who are less supportive of learning culture. Based on the results of research advice that can be delivered, the teacher must provide motivation that can increase learning interest and teachers must be able to detect learning problems that occur in their class. Collecting data obtained by observation, tests, interviews and documentation.The difficulties experienced by the second grade students of the Gayamsari State Elementary School in the place value material, namely errors in accuracy, understanding the concept and the calculation process. Factors that cause student difficulties are caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors of students include intellectual and emotional factors such as self-confidence, interest in learning and motivation to learn.
