This research was conducted at SD Negeri Giling 02 and MI Miftahul Ulum Karangkonang. The research subjects were students at SD Negeri Giling 02 and MI Miftahul Ulum. This study uses a research and development methodology that is used to produce certain products and test the feasibility of the products developed. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The result of the analysis of this research is to produce a video media product for science learning materials for alternative energy for class IV in elementary schools. The results of the validation of the media expert's assessment get an average percentage of 93%, material experts get an average percentage value of 93%, the average value of the percentage of teacher responses is 98% and the average value of student responses is 100%. This type of research is a type of quantitative method research in the element of classroom action research which consists of two cycles. This research was conducted at SDN 101 Inpres Ujung, Camba. Data collection techniques in this study used student activity observation sheets consisting of collecting data, test questions, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses student activities and student learning outcomes. The results showed that in the first cycle the students with complete learning outcomes in learning mathematics were 25 students or 80.64% and while the number of students who had not completed were 6 students or 19.35% with the value of student learning activities was 71.45 %. This type of research is a quantitative research type of Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri Ngijo 01 Gunungpati for the academic year 2021/2022 totaling 25 students who were also the research sample. This sampling technique uses the Non Probability Sampling technique with a saturated sampling form. Based on data analysis, there is a difference between the average pretest and post-test learning outcomes. Based on the calculation obtained = 11.7659. While = 2,016. Because (11.7659) > (2,016) then is rejected. In addition, the pre-test learning outcomes obtained an average of 60.2. While the posttest learning outcomes obtained an average of 82.4. This shows an increase in learning outcomes pretest - posttest. Saturated Sampling was used to collect samples from 22 fifth-grade children. Research instruments, pretests, posttests, documentation, and observation sheets were used to collect data for the study.It was determined that tcount = 5.622 based on the findings of the data analysis. The result is 2.080 when compared to the value of ttable at db = 21 with a level of = 0.05. If tcount equals ttable, the hypothesis is accepted. As a consequence of the calculations, tcount > ttable was achieved, andHo was accepted. This indicates that the average pretest and posttest scores differ. According to the calculations, the posttest has 20 students (91%) who have attained the KKM with an average posttest score of 72.2, but the pretest has just 6 students (27%) who have reached the KKM with an average learning outcome. pretest = 57.9%; posttest = 57.9%; posttest = 57 The completion rate of traditional learning in the posttest was 75%, indicating that blended learning is beneficial in improving the learning outcomes of class V students. This type of research is quantitative using the Ex Post Facto method. The subjects in this study were class III students at SDN Tabaringan 5, totaling 27 students. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and learning outcomes tests. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of motivation and interest in learning on science learning outcomes for third grade students at SDN Tabaringan 5, as evidenced by multiple linear regression tests, Fvalues scores (56.678) > Ftable (3.39). The method used in this research is a research and development method. The subjects in this study were class V students, totaling 17 people. Comic media developed using the rowntree model with three stages, namely planning, development, and evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis in this study is the analysis of validity, practicality, and potential effects. The results showed that the comic media that had been developed was declared very valid based on the assessment of the validator consisting of 3 lecturers assessed from all aspects, namely construct, content, and language with the percentage obtained 96.4%. Comic media was declared practical based on student response questionnaires at the one to one and small group stages with a percentage gain of 90% and 94.3% and the developed comic media was declared effective or had a potential effect with a percentage gain of 82%. One of the problems that the authors found was the indiscipline of students in using hand signals. Discipline occurs when students do not obey the applicable rules. So, the teacher needs to apply a method that can overcome the problem of student indiscipline. Student indiscipline can be overcome by using the method of giving rewards. The aim of this research is to see the effect of the reinforcement method on student discipline in online learning. The research method that is used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. The method of giving reinforcement can be used to discipline students, because the reinforcement can motivate students, so students will tend to repeat the same thing in the future. The suggestions for teachers are that teachers can apply reinforcement consistently so the teacher can see the consistency of changes in students' disciplinary attitudes.
