Thus, it is necessary to have a local wisdom thatcontains tolerance values and teaches respect towards ethnic diversity. Included in this case islocal wisdom that based on an ancient manuscript. The tolerant lifestyle among religious andethnic differences in Balinese community has been managed in the form of an ancient manuscriptGeguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi. This paper has three objectives: first, to explain the values inthe Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi; second, to describe the actualization form of toleranceimplemented by the Balinese; and third, to expose the functions Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhiin Balinese society. The method used in this study is content analysis. The main process to obtaindata is through ancient manuscripts Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi, related researches andother relevant information. The results shows that tolerance in Bali is performed well. It evenabsorbs cultural elements from various religions and ethnicities in the land of Bali. Tolerancelifestyle can be actualized through traditional organizations and social activities, as well asarranged through the concepts of local wisdom.Keywords: tolerance, religion, multiculture, brotherhoodAbstrakSejak zaman dahulu bangsa Indonesia sudah menjadi bangsa multikultur dengan beragamsuku, tradisi, bahasa daerah dan agama yang berbeda-beda. Untuk itu diperlukan kearifanlokal yang mengandung nilai-nilai toleransi dan saling menghargai atas keberagaman etnis.Termasuk dalam hal ini kearifan lokal yang bersumber dari naskah kuno. Pengelolaan polahidup toleran antara penganut yang berbeda agama maupun etnis pada masyarakat Bali sudahdituangkan dalam bentuk naskah kuno Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi. Tulisan ini mempunyaitiga tujuan: Pertama, memaparkan nilai-nilai dalam lontar Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi;kedua, memaparkan tentang bentuk aktualisasi toleransi yang dilaksanakan oleh Orang Bali;ketiga, memaparkan fungsi Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi dalam masyarakat Bali. Metodeyang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Proses pengambilan data yang utamamelalui naskah kuno Geguritan Sucita Muah Subudhi dan hasil penelitian serta informasi yangrelevan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toleransi di Bali berjalan baik. Bahkansaling menyerap unsur budaya yang dibawa dari berbagai agama dan etnik yang ada di tanahBali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahmetode survai yakni upayamengumpulkan informasi dari responden yang merupakan contoh dengan menggunakankuesioner yang terstruktur. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah satuan pendidikanSekolah Mengengah Pertama (SMP) sebanyak 349 sekolah yang bersatatus sekolah negeriyang menyebar di wilayah eks karesidenan Surakarta. Sampel diambil sebanyak 172 sekolahdengan pendekatan area probability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimerupakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisisdengan pendekatan kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihatdari standar isi; standar proses; standar kompetensi kelulusan; standar pendidikan dan tenagakependididkan; standar sarana dan prasarana ; standar pengelolaan; standar pembiayaan; danstandar penilaian sudah cukup baik. Ketercapaian delapan standar nasional pendidikan seluruhsekolah sampel sudah mencapai tingkat yang cukup tinggi yakni di atas 90%, kendati masihada beberapa dari sub butir standart yang masih perlu lebih diperbaiki Abstract:The aim of this research is to discover the school effectiveness seen from eightcomponents of standards of national education. From these eight components, we will find outwhich components still need to be regenerated. This research is using survey method bystructured questionnaire to gather information from respondents. The population is 349Government Junior High Schools in a region of ex Surakarta Residence. Total of samples frompopulation is 172 schools, using area probability sampling approach. To collect the data, weused closed questionnaire with Likert scale as the instrument. After all data collected, then weanalyze it descriptively with quantitative approach. The result shown that all the componentsof standards of national education, including content standards; process standards;competence of graduates standards; educational standards and human resource standards;facilities standards; management standards; funding standards; and assesment standards arefairly good. The achievement of eight standards of national education from all sample schoolsalready achieved high level, i.e. above than 90%. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan analisis data deskrtif kuantitatif dan kualitataif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: i) Disdik Kota Banjarmasin dan Lembaga PAUD sampel tidak melakukan perencanaan yang baik untuk pendataan analisis kebutuhan pendidikan AUD; ii) Belum semua lembaga PAUD sampel memiliki izin operasional dikarenakan adanya persyaratan yang belum dapat dipenuhi karena memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar seperti, pembuatan akta notaris; iii) Belum semua lembaga PAUD memiliki sarpras sesuai dengan pedoman sarana dan prasarana dari pusat; iv) untuk membantu ketersediaan sarpras, Disdik Kota Banjarmasin sudah mengalokasikan dana APBD II berupa bantuan RKB, rehab kelas rusak ringan dan berat, serta bantuan APE Dalam dan Luar berupa barang. AbstractThe problem in this study is from the number of early childhood institutions in the city of Banjarmasin not all have plans in particular to the analysis of institutional legality increase early childhood education and educational needs analysis for early childhood (AUD). This study uses a case study approach to data analysis of quantitative and qualitative deskrtif. Dunia pendidikan yang sudah mulai banyak menggunakankomputasi awanatau disebut dengan pendidikan awan. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan sebuah kajian analisis pemanfaatan dari komputasi awan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan yang berada di daerah-daerah pinggiran sesuai dengan program Nawacita dari Pemerintahan Jokowi-JK, pemenuhan 21st century learning skills dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dalam kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan menggunakan komputasi awantidak hanya menawarkan sebuah cara dan model pembelajaran baru yang bersifat out of box untuk menghilangkan permasalahan geografis dan ketidakmerataan sumber daya pendidikan yang ada pada “daerah pinggiran”, akan tetapi lebih kepada upaya untuk membangun budaya baru dalam belajar. Sehingga dalam rangka pengintegrasian teknologi komputasi awan ke dalam sistem pendidikan diperlukan peranan pemerintah melalui regulasi pendukung, mendukung peran dari PUSTEKKOM sebagai pusat pelayanan dan pembangunan budaya baru belajar menggunakan teknologi komputasi awan. AbstractAbstract: Today the developing of cloud computing technology is arising, this is because of the advantages that offering and service characteristic by cloud computing what making information and communication technology as an effective and efficiency device. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa yangbelum mahir melakukan operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat yangmerupakan materi awal yang diajarkan di kelas VII SMP sehingga keberhasilan pembelajarankurang maksimal. Model desain pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah desain model ADDIE(Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Pada tahap pengembangan(Development), metode pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan beberapalangkah model pengembangan (Borg and Gall), terdiri dari 5 tahapan utama, yaitu 1) Desainawal produk, 2) uji coba produk tahap I, 3) Revisi produk operasional, 4) Uji coba produk tahapII, dan 5) Produk. Subyek uji coba penelitian sejumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakanadalah lembar validasi kelayakan media pembelajaran, angket respon siswa, dan fotodokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan telah berhasil membangkitkan minat siswa untukmempelajari matematika khususnya penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat karenaaspek keefektifan dan kepraktisan pada kriteria layak untuk digunakan serta respon siswa yangsemakin positif sehingga media yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkanhasil belajar matematika siswa pada umumnya. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwapermainan monopoli tic tac toe mampu membuat siswa untuk berusaha mencari tahu tentangmateri penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat dan dapat memberikan pengalaman baruyang berarti bagi siswa. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan para guru maupun penelititermotivasi menemukan formula-formula baru bagi sistem pembelajaran yang lebih inovatifuntuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Abstract:This research was aimed developing the mathematics game media named monopolitic tac toe which attrack students to learn about additon and substraction of integer numbermore effectively and practically. It was based of some students still uncapable to solve thisoperation number in grade VII SMP therefore impact deficient of learning success. Theprocedure used in this research was the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development,Implementation, and Evaluate). The Development used Borg and Gall model which consistedof five stages, namely: 1) first product design, 2) first trial, 3) revise operational product, 4)second trial, and 5) final product. The subjects were 28 students. The instruments consist ofvalidation learning media form, student response form, and documentation photos. The resultof research showed the increase of student interests to learn mathematics, specially theaddition and substraction integer number. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan tahapan pembelajaran, diawali dengan pengajuan pertanyaan mendasar, penyusunan desain dan jadwal kegiatan proyek, monitoring kemajuan penyelesaian proyek, menguji hasil proyek peserta didik, dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan mengevaluasi pengalaman peserta didik selama mengerjakan tugas proyek. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran terlihat dari peningkatan capaian rata-rata nilai modus untuk kompetensi sikap dengan predikat baik, untuk kompetensi pengetahuan diperoleh capaian nilai rata-rata untuk setiap Kompetensi Dasar sebesar 2,80 di Siklus pertama dan di Siklus kedua sebesar 3,10 dengan presentasi kenaikan dari Siklus pertama ke Siklus kedua sebesar 30 persen. Capaian hasil belajar untuk kompetensi keterampilan, di Siklus pertama sebesar 2,96 dan Siklus kedua sebesar 3,16 dengan presentasi kenaikan dari Siklus pertama ke Siklus kedua sebesar 20 persen. Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa model PjBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pokok bahasan Turunan Fungsi. AbstractThis research was conducted to improve learning outcomes of students based on achievement of competence attitudes, knowledge and skills in the second semester of academic year 2014/2015 in SMA Negeri 1 Sungailiat. This was a classroom action research (PTK) on the stages of learning, beginning with the proposition of fundamental questions, preparation of design and schedule of the project activities, monitoring of project completion progress, evaluation of learners project results, and ending with activities to evaluate the experience of learners during working on project tasks. The effectivity of the learning process could be seen through the increase in the average achievement to competence mode value, which was predicate: good (B), for the knowledge competency, the average grade achieved for each Basic Competency was 2.80 in the first cycle and 3.10 in the second cycle with 30persen increase between the first cycle to second cycle. The achievement of learning outcomes for skills competencies was 2.96 in the first cycle and 3.16 in the second cycle with 20persen increase between the first cycle to the second cycle. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Temengeng Kabupaten Blorapada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Teknikanalisis yang digunakandeskriptifkomparatif, yaitu membandingkan data hasil antara prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasilpenelitian yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran matematikadengan menggunakan permainan mistar bilangan sangat menyenangkan siswa, sehinggaaktivitas pembelajaran meningkat dari 62,5 menjadi 84,5. Hasil belajar siswa juga meningkatditandai hasil siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 60,48 dan ketuntasan mencapai 57,10%. Siklus IInilai rata-rata kelas 75,24 dan ketuntasan 85,70%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaranmatematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat melalui permainan mistarbilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar menunjukkan semuasiswa berminat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan memperoleh pengalaman yang menyenangkandalam permainan mistar bilangan. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to study the learningprocess ofmath and analyseincreasing of learning achievement through rulernumbers game. The method usedin thisresearch is class action which is done in2 cycles. The subject of the research are fourth gradestudents of Number 2 PublicElementary Schoolat Temengeng, Blora district in second semesterof the school year 2014/2015. The analysetechnicusedby comparingthe data from precycle,first cycle and second cycle. The results of the research that is done two cycles indicate thatmath learning process by using ruler numbers game can make the students feel pleased sothatlearning activities increase from 62.5 to 84.5. The results of student learning alsoincrease,it can be showed from the average score of the first cycle is 60.48 and the completeness scorereaches57.1%. The average score of thesecond cycle is 75.24 and the completeness scorereaches 85.7%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 Siklus dengan subjek siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Gegunung Kulon, Kabupaten Rembang, semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif komparatif, membandingkan proses dan hasil belajar antara praSiklus, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan 2 Siklus menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas siswa sampai 86 persen baik. Hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat ditandai Siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 67,86 dan ketuntasan mencapai 57 persen. Siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas 78,57 dan ketuntasan 86 persen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran serta ada perubahan perilaku siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran PKn melalui tugas proyek berbantuan website yang semula pasif menjadi lebih aktif. Semua siswa berminat dalam melaksakanan tugas dan memperoleh pengalaman yang menyenangkan dalam menjelajah website atau internet. AbstractThe objective of this research was to describe learning process, to know how students’ learning achievement improve, and to describe the change of student behavior on civics learning through website-assisted project task. The research was done through two cycles, with grade IV students in SD Negeri Gegunung Kulon throughout the second semester of school year 2014/2015 as the subject. Research data analysis was done using descriptive comparative method, comparing the learning process and result between pra-cycle, first cycle and second cycle. The result showed positive increase of students’ activities as much as 86 percent. The improvement of students’ learning achievement in cycle I could be seen by the class average grade of 67,86 and mastery learning of 57 percent, while in cycle II the class average grade was 78,57 and mastery learning of 86 percent. The conclusion was that students’ learning activities and achievement improved and there was also a changing in students’ behavior in learning civics through website-assisted project task, from passive learning to active learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI TKJ SMK Bonavita Tangerang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa XI TKJ sebanyak 24 siswa yang diawali dengan test selanjutnya dengan penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari dua Siklus. Siklus pertama mengenali kerusakan pada komputer dan jaringan selanjutnya setting ulang jaringan dengan topologi bus. Sebelum diadakan penelitian tindak kelas hasil belajar siswa adalah sebagai berikut. Banyak siswa yang mengikuti ulangan adalah 24 orang, siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 22 orang, siswa yang telah tuntas belajar adalah 2 orang, atau sebesar 8,3 persen. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada Siklus 1 terdapat kenaikan 25 persen dengan rincian 6 siswa yang telah tuntas belajar. Pada Siklus 2 terdapat kenaikan menjadi 100 persen atau sebanyak 24 siswa telah tuntas belajar. Berdasarkan itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode kooperatif tipe STAD pada pelajaran Diagnosa PC yang terhubung jaringan dapat menaikkan aktifitas dan prestasi belajar kelas XI TKJ 1 SMK Bonavita Tangerang. AbstractThis research aimed to improve learning achievement using cooperative method of Students Teams Achievment Division (STAD). The research was done at class XI TKJ in secondary vocational school of Bonavita Tangerang, Banten academic year of 2015/2016 using classroom action research. The research subject consist of 24 students from class XI TKJ. The research began by giving a test and then followed by 2 cycles of classroom action. The first cycle was to recognize damage to the computer and network then resetting the network by bus topology. Before the action was applied, the results were as follows. Among the total number of students taking the test (24 students), 22 students failed, and 2 students passed students. Thus the percentage of fail students was 91 percent. After the action was applied in Cycle 1, there was an increase of 6 students who passed the test, and in Cycle 2 there was an increase to all of the 24 students passed the test. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informasi layanan Pos-PAUD dikumpulkan dari empat kabupaten/kota pada tahun 2013. Hasil studi menemukan pertama, semua orang tua menyadari pentingnya dan bermanfaatnya. Selain itu, dukungan masyarakat didasarkan pada penerimaan program PAUD dan ikut serta dalam sosialisasi pentingnya PAUD. Kedua, layanan Pos-PAUD dilaksanakan dengan adanya peserta didik di sekitar lembaga; pendidiknya dari kader Posyandu, pembinaan kesejahteraan keluarga, bina keluarga balita, yang relatif hanya lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas dan bekerja dengan “sukarela” tanpa imbalan; sarana prasarana dan biaya masih terbatas dalam penyelenggaraannya. Tingkat capaian tumbuhkembang anak dipengaruhi oleh pemberian layanan dalam pendidikan dan kesehatan. Pendidikan dilaksanakan antara lain melalui penanaman nilai agama (berdoa), jalinan komunikasi dan kerjasama antar anak, sehingga anak lebih mandiri dan mengalami perubahan berpikir. Layanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan penimbangan berat dan tinggi badan, imunisasi dan pemberian makanan dengan gizi seimbang melalui pemberian sehingga diperoleh fisik yang sehat. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of Early Childhood Education Post (ECD Post) in improving access to early childhood education including the parental and community support, as well as the implementation of ECD Post service. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Information about the ECD Post service was collected from four districts/cities in 2013. The study found, first, all parents were aware of the importance and benefits of early childhood education. In addition, public support was based on the acceptance of early childhood programs and participation in the importance of early childhood dissemination. Second, ECD Post service was conducted by the participation of learners living close to the institution; educators were from Posyandu, fostering family welfare, parenting education (Bina Keluarga Balita), who were relatively only high school graduates and working voluntarily without reward; the implementation was running on limited infrastructure and funding. The level of children’s growth and development were affected by the provision of services in education and health. Education was carried out through the cultivation of religious values (praying) and also communication and cooperation among children in order to encourage children’s independency and a better thought process.
