{"title":"KAJIAN PENYELENGGARAAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SMA DAN SMK","authors":"S. -","doi":"10.24832/jpkp.v1i1.37","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24832/jpkp.v1i1.37","url":null,"abstract":"AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter, guna mendapatkan opsi kebijakan tentang strategi pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 10 kab/kota dengan sampel 40 SMA dan 40 SMK. Responden adalah kepala dinas pendidikan 10 orang, kepala sekolah 80 orang, guru 320 orang, dan siswa 800 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi kebijakan pemerintah daerah sebagian besar belum menerbitkan peraturan daerah yang terkait dengan pendidikan karakter. Sementara pada tingkat sekolah, kebijakan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter umumnya dilaksanakan mengacu pada visi dan misi sekolah, sebagian besar sekolah mengintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan pembudayaan. Pelaksanaan pembiasaan dan pembudayaan yang dilakukan oleh guru masih belum konsisten, dan belum dievaluasi secara periodik. Direkomendasikan perlu adanya penguatan dan pembudayaan secara konsisten pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dengan mengacu pada praktik sekolah terbaik dan meminimalkan hambatan pelaksanaannya. AbstractThis study aimed to obtain information on the implementation of character education in academic and vocational high school in order to develop strategic policy options on character education in schools. The method used was survey, descriptive qualitative approach and data analysis using descriptive statistics. The research was conducted in 10 districts/cities with a sample of 80 schools (40 academic schools and 40 vocational schools). Respondents involved were 10 district head of education offices, 80 principals, 320 teachers, and 800 students. The results showed that in terms of policy, most regional government had yet to issue local regulations related to character education. While at the school level, policy implementation was generally implemented in reference to the vision and mission of the school. The vast majority of schools integrated learning, habituation, and familiarization. Implementation of habituation and familiarization done by teachers were still inconsistent, and had not been evaluated periodically. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 perguruan tinggi yang mendapatkan program bantuan DIA BERMUTU dengan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitiannya adalah program DIA BERMUTU telah dimanfaatkan dan digunakan oleh penerima bantuan untuk peningkatan pengelolaan prodi PGSD. Pemanfaatannya dilakukan melalui program dan kegiatan diantaranya peningkatan kapasitas SDM, peningkatan mutu proses pembelajaran, peningkatan kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan system informasi, dan peningkatan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Dampak dari pemanfaatan tersebut adalah terfasilitasinya prodi PGSD untuk memperoleh akreditasi lebih baik, serta menjadi stimulus prodi PGSD dalam merencanakan pengelolaan yang berkualitas, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian output yang BERMUTU secara berkesinambungan. AbstractThis research was carried out to find out the utilization of DIA BERMUTU Program and the effect of its utilization. The research was conducted in 12 universities, the grantees of DIA BERMUTU program, using survey method and interview as its data collection technique. The result showed that DIA BERMUTU program had been utilized and used by the grantees to improve the PGSD study program management through various programs and activities such as human resource capacity development, learning process quality improvement, enhancement of information system and infrastructure, and development of research and community services. DIA BERMUTU program could facilitate the PGSD Study Program to get a better accreditation level. Dalam desain ini terdapat kelompok eksperimen (kelas IX B) dan kelompok kontrol (kelas IX A) yang tidak dipilih secara random, dengan populasi siswa SMP Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluidengan pretes, postes,angket, dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kompetensi warganegara di era global dalam pembelajaran PKn yang berbasis project citizen dengan pembelajaran PKn yang tidak berbasis project citizendengan nilai mean kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada nilai mean kelas kontrol (40,37>20,63). Secara parsial terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dalam pengembangan kompetensi pengetahuan kewarganegaraan (37,30>23,70), watak kewarganegaraan (36,70>24,30), dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan (38,42>22,58). Simpulan penelitianini adalah pengembangan kompetensi warganegara yang mencakup kompetensi pengetahuan warganegara, kompetensi watak warganegara dan kompetensi keterampilan warganegara di era global berbeda antara pembelajaran PKn berbasis project citizen dengan pembelajaran PKn yang tidak berbasis project citizen. AbstractThe aim of the research is to analyze and to find the differencebetween civic competence developments which include the competence of knowledge, character, and citizenshipskills in global era through civic learning based on citizen project.The method used in the research is a method of Quasi Experiments with design of “nonquivalent control group pre-test and post-testâ€. In this design there is the experimental group (class IX B) and the control group (class IX A) which are not chosen randomly, with a population of students of SMP Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya.The data was collected by pre-test, post-test, filling out the questionares, and doing interviews.The result of the research shows that;first; there is the difference between civic competence development of civic learning based on citizen project in global era and civic learning that is not based on citizen project by the mean experiment class has greater value than control class (40,37 > 20,63). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mahir melakukan operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat yang merupakan materi awal yang diajarkan di kelas VII SMP sehingga keberhasilan pembelajaran kurang maksimal. Model desain pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah desain model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Pada tahap pengembangan (Development), metode pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan beberapa langkah model pengembangan (Borg and Gall), terdiri dari 5 tahapan utama, yaitu 1) Desain awal produk, 2) uji coba produk tahap I, 3) Revisi produk operasional, 4) Uji coba produk tahap II, dan 5) Produk. Subyek uji coba penelitian sejumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi kelayakan media pembelajaran, angket respon siswa, dan foto dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan telah berhasil membangkitkan minat siswa untuk mempelajari matematika khususnya penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat karena aspek keefektifan dan kepraktisan pada kriteria layak untuk digunakan serta respon siswa yang semakin positif sehingga media yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada umumnya. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan monopoli tic tac toe mampu membuat siswa untuk berusaha mencari tahu tentang materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat dan dapat memberikan pengalaman baru yang berarti bagi siswa. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan para guru maupun peneliti termotivasi menemukan formula-formula baru bagi sistem pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. AbstractAbstract: This research was aimed developing the mathematics game media named monopoli tic tac toe which attrack students to learn about additon and substraction of integer number more effectively and practically. It was based of some students still uncapable to solve this operation number in grade VII SMP therefore impact deficient of learning success. The procedure used in this research was the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). The Development used Borg and Gall model which consisted of five stages, namely: 1) first product design, 2) first trial, 3) revise operational product, 4) second trial, and 5) final product. The subjects were 28 students. The instruments consist of validation learning media form, student response form, and documentation photos. The result of research showed the increase of student interests to learn mathematics, specially the addition and substraction integer number. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Temengeng Kabupaten Blora pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Teknikanalisis yang digunakandeskriptif komparatif, yaitu membandingkan data hasil antara prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan permainan mistar bilangan sangat menyenangkan siswa, sehingga aktivitas pembelajaran meningkat dari 62,5 menjadi 84,5. Hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat ditandai hasil siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 60,48 dan ketuntasan mencapai 57,10%. Siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas 75,24 dan ketuntasan 85,70%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran matematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat melalui permainan mistar bilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar menunjukkan semua siswa berminat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan memperoleh pengalaman yang menyenangkan dalam permainan mistar bilangan. AbstractAbstract: The purpose of this research is to study the learningprocess ofmath and analyse increasing of learning achievement through rulernumbers game. The method usedin this research is class action which is done in2 cycles. The subject of the research are fourth grade students of Number 2 PublicElementary Schoolat Temengeng, Blora district in second semester of the school year 2014/2015. The analysetechnicusedby comparingthe data from precycle, first cycle and second cycle. The results of the research that is done two cycles indicate that math learning process by using ruler numbers game can make the students feel pleased so thatlearning activities increase from 62.5 to 84.5. The results of student learning alsoincrease, it can be showed from the average score of the first cycle is 60.48 and the completeness score reaches57.1%. The average score of thesecond cycle is 75.24 and the completeness score reaches 85.7%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahmetode survai yakni upayamengumpulkan informasi dari responden yang merupakan contoh dengan menggunakankuesioner yang terstruktur. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah satuan pendidikanSekolah Mengengah Pertama (SMP) sebanyak 349 sekolah yang bersatatus sekolah negeriyang menyebar di wilayah eks karesidenan Surakarta. Sampel diambil sebanyak 172 sekolahdengan pendekatan area probability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimerupakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisisdengan pendekatan kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihatdari standar isi; standar proses; standar kompetensi kelulusan; standar pendidikan dan tenagakependididkan; standar sarana dan prasarana ; standar pengelolaan; standar pembiayaan; danstandar penilaian sudah cukup baik. Ketercapaian delapan standar nasional pendidikan seluruhsekolah sampel sudah mencapai tingkat yang cukup tinggi yakni di atas 90%, kendati masihada beberapa dari sub butir standart yang masih perlu lebih diperbaiki Abstract:The aim of this research is to discover the school effectiveness seen from eightcomponents of standards of national education. From these eight components, we will find outwhich components still need to be regenerated. This research is using survey method bystructured questionnaire to gather information from respondents. The population is 349Government Junior High Schools in a region of ex Surakarta Residence. Total of samples frompopulation is 172 schools, using area probability sampling approach. To collect the data, weused closed questionnaire with Likert scale as the instrument. After all data collected, then weanalyze it descriptively with quantitative approach. The result shown that all the componentsof standards of national education, including content standards; process standards;competence of graduates standards; educational standards and human resource standards;facilities standards; management standards; funding standards; and assesment standards arefairly good. The achievement of eight standards of national education from all sample schoolsalready achieved high level, i.e. above than 90%.
