Conducting effective teacher education becomes a main way to improve the level of teachers' specialization and classroom teaching quality. The development of modern information technology perfects the construction of web-based teacher learning community. And the application of video cases opens a new way for teachers' professional development. It's for this reason that in this paper we construct a new teacher education model, which constructed by a virtual learning community based on a teacher training platform on the internet. In the learning community, teachers as members carry out learning activities based on video cases learning. The learning activity mainly is discussion which combines leading by experts and peer coaching. This new teacher education model is also integrates teacher training with school-based research organically. It supports teacher education and promotes the development of regional teachers' specialization by way of sharing high quality teaching resources and scarce expert resources on the internet.","PeriodicalId":375482,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129170139","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The treatment of gas washing wasterwater from iron and steel plant with polymeric aluminum-calcium chloride coagulation and coprecipitation united with PAM, at the same time the optimum quantity of agents and process conditions to treat such wastewater through experiments is established. The optimum quantity of poly-aluminum calcium chloride is 0.33 mg/L, PAM is 0.005 mg/L, the optimum stirring time is 60s and the optimum stirring speed is 90 r/min. It is efficient to treat such wasterwater and can meet reuse standard (<100 mg/L). The alteration of external circular-loop geometrical parameters can eliminate the read-orientation sensitivity of the tag antenna with ease. An inductively coupled feed method was adopted to facilitate impedance matching of the proposed antenna. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated ones. It showed that the tag possesses the normalized gain deviation of less than 2.5 dB in E and H planes at the frequency of 915 MHz. The measured maximum reading range between the tag and the reader falls in 2.4 m ∼ 2.9 m, depending on the rotation angle of the tag in 902 MHz ∼ 928 MHz.","PeriodicalId":375482,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125161392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Now, the technology of vehicle recognition has becoming a hot topic all over the world. A vehicle recognition algorithm based on Gabor wavelets transform and hidden Markov model (HMM) is proposed. A Gabor filters are applied on the vehicle images to construct a group of vectors called nodes, and then feature nodes are derived by using principal component analysis, which decrease the dimension of each node. The image including feature nodes is called Gabor-Vehicle. A set of images representing different instances of the same vehicle are used to train each HMM, and each individual in the database is represented by an optional HMM vehicle model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a high recognition rate with relatively low complexity.","PeriodicalId":375482,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet)","volume":"191 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129427886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Utilizing unique parameters mapping capability for incomplete information, fast parallel information processing capacity and multiple-input multiple-output nonlinear characteristics of artificial neural network establishes a solving model of multi-degree of freedom prosthesis joint space parameters. When the prosthesis system obtains the objectives' three-dimensional coordinates value in the operating space, taking the three coordinate values and a less defined compensatory attitude description as the input of network model, you can obtain a feasible solution of all the prostheses joint quickly and in parallel. This method has been verified with the instance and simulation.","PeriodicalId":375482,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129461205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Microfiltration as pretreatment methods greatly improved the separation efficiency of ultrafiltration. The major factors of ultrafiltration such as pressure, temperature, PH and material-liquid total protein were investigated to evaluate the effect on membrane flux. The optimal operating condition was 0.2 MPa of operating pressure, 35 °C of operating temperature, 60 min of operating time, PH 6.3, 23.8 mg/mL of material-liquid total protein concentration. Albumin content in separated samples was above 80% under the optimal operating condition. The contaminative membrane was cleaned with different methods. The best method was distilled water for 0.5 h, 250 ppm NaClO (35∼40 °C) alkaline solution for 1 h, then 0.2% SDS alkaline solution (35∼40 °C) for 1 h, and finally distilled water washing until neutrality. An excellent membrane flux was achieved and water flux recovery was 94.7%.","PeriodicalId":375482,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Consumer Electronics, Communications and Networks (CECNet)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129920012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
