And the application of video cases opens a new way for teachers' professional development. It's for this reason that in this paper we construct a new teacher education model, which constructed by a virtual learning community based on a teacher training platform on the internet. In the learning community, teachers as members carry out learning activities based on video cases learning. The learning activity mainly is discussion which combines leading by experts and peer coaching. This new teacher education model is also integrates teacher training with school-based research organically. 摘要

发展高质量教育已作为一项基本国策,教师教育也被许多国家置于重点和优先地位。进行有效的教师教育成为提高教师专业化水平和课堂教学质量的重要途径。现代信息技术的发展完善了基于网络的教师学习社区的建设。视频案例的应用为教师的专业发展开辟了一条新的途径。基于此,本文构建了一种基于网络教师培训平台的虚拟学习社区构建的新型教师教育模式。在学习社区中,教师作为成员开展基于视频案例学习的学习活动。学习活动以讨论为主,专家带领与同伴辅导相结合。这种新的教师教育模式也是将教师培训与校本研究有机地结合起来。通过网络共享优质教学资源和稀缺专家资源,支持教师教育,促进区域教师专业化发展。
