This research refers to the 2012 and 2019 Central Bureau of Statistics survey results and follow-up research reports from Heryadi and Yuliasari 2019. This study will ask respondents to intervene in the form of anti-corruption training to increase the student's anti-corruption behavior index with a single indicator, namely student confidence. towards society.Opinion of respondents behavior / habits that are suspected to be corrupt behavior and daily corrupt behavior.The method used is an experimental method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Social Unjani Yogyakarta, batch 2018 and 2019. Respondents were selected using a quota sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used statistics with the help of SPSS in the form of different tests. Hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perkembangan karir merupakan salah satu kontribusi utama teori Super. Savickas introduced the construct of career adaptability as a substitute construct for career maturity. Career adaptability can also be defined as a response to readiness and sources of individual coping, which are used to plan, explore and inform decisions about the possibilities for their career future. According to Savickas In career adaptability there are four dimensions that make individual adaptability more effective in carrying out his career, namely career concern, career control, career curiosity, and career evidence. Suarni","doi":"10.23887/jibk.v10i2.23280","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23887/jibk.v10i2.23280","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with shaping techniques to improve self affiliation 1st grade SMA N 4 Singaraja students. This experimental study used the Pretest Postest Control Group Design. The study population was students of class 1st grade SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Buleleng, Bali, which numbered 349. The study sample consisted of 58 students. Through random sampling techniques, 22 students were placed in the experimental group who received a treatment model of behavioral counseling with shaping techniques and 36 students were the control group. The data in this study were analyzed by inferential t-test statistics using JASP Version 0.7.5.5 software and continued with d’Cohen to calculate the level of effectiveness. The results showed that there was a difference in the self-affiliation of the experimental group students after taking the treatment with the control group self-affiliation to get t = 17.28 with p <0.001 then p <0.05. Effect Size (ES) testing through Dohen also shows the high level of effectiveness of the behavioral counseling model (ES = 4.7).
