This focus has come at the necessity to improve overall access to the education system, and higher education and has been driven with evidence of improving learning outcomes with electronic learning (e-learning) information and instructional technology with the use of e-learning analytics recommender systems. This review utilises the technology acceptance model as a theoretical framework to generate a set of interlocked hypotheses that go to explaining student behaviours towards technological acceptance and continued usage intention of recommender systems.","PeriodicalId":373283,"journal":{"name":"Int. The changes are designed to be a framework for data processing but health data privacy advocacy group medconfidential has voiced their concerns at the development. The provider has claimed that the government is trying to push through the regime without first giving the public a chance to engage in discussions about how public-sector data should be stored and processed. This article will discuss ethical issues surrounding the proposed bill as well as big data analytics and will discuss the role played by government in data processing in the UK. It will discuss the arguments for and against the government's proposals. The method approached considers an investigative study to identify the main directions of the manifestation of organizational performance among private companies to identify and motivate employees' contribution to organizational performance. The results reveal that the best motivation strategies remain those that take into account employees' motivation and satisfaction levels and determine their degree of involvement. The ambient nature of this technology generates high usage in notably populated countries and popular cities such as Belgium. The present article assesses the ethical issues of ubiquitous technology in Belgium. The use of ubiquitous technologies here is prevalent and coinciding this is various ethical issues. One of the many ethical theories common here is cultural relativism. A major issue here is the mishandling of data leading to private data being utilised unethically. This is an occurring incident that has happened in Belgium recently and other accounts of issues within Europe and outside of Europe have been identified. New European Union laws have been implemented to help eliminate any further misconduct but large multi-national companies are not providing clarity on their use thus, leading to the misuse of data. This article presents radiographies of the contemporary economic theory of management, legislative frame of romania and other official documents, regarding the problems of bankruptcy and anti-crisis management. The results show that the use of the system of complex monitoring of the situation of the enterprise will allow at an incipient level the distinguishing of a close crisis and starting the preparations of the enterprise for preventing the crisis in an opportune moment, and when this is impossible, for a fast drawing of the enterprise out of the crisis.","PeriodicalId":373283,"journal":{"name":"Int. Taking the competitive market into consideration, the protection of the information infrastructure for a company, could mean that company has a competitive advantage. This article is relevant to better understand how the actors involved in information and communication technologies could develop new models of information systems and risk management strategies. The results of this research show that each manager must handle threats, because otherwise the organization's objectives cannot be met. As employees become more involved in IT processes, traditional methods of motivation are no longer efficient, and so within this paper drastic changes in practices related to human resources can be seen. This article intends to identify and analyse the motivational profile of employees in simulated enterprises as well as develop a plan to measure motivation adapted to the Romanian socio-economic reality. Thus, managers should avoid common approaches in the development of programs, models, and policies to help motivate employees. This will allow them to be able to create a work environment that will allow employees to motivate themselves because extrinsic motivation can decrease productivity.","PeriodicalId":373283,"journal":{"name":"Int.
