This study, as a qualitative case study, attempts to analyze the conventional implicature of dialogues in Emma by employing cooperative principle in order to explore the way of analyzing literature works from perspective of pragmatics. By doing so, this paper hopes the present study may contribute to a better and fuller understanding of this world classic, help shed some light on the usefulness of the pragmatic approach to the interpretation of fictions, and enrich the conventional criticism on Jane Austen. Toys are important materials and media for children's play, so the toy views of kindergarten teachers have become a research hotspot. Taking the survey study as the main method, this study aims to the analysis on the current situation of the teacher's toy view, the safety of the children's toys, and the various behaviors of the teachers during the children's play with toys. Through research, it is found that kindergarten teachers' perception of the concept of toy is not comprehensive enough, the understanding of toy safety and hygiene standards is vague, the level of understanding of toy information is not balanced, and they lack effective toy management and guidance ability. Their interpretation of happiness still influences the contemporary Chinese view on happiness. The Confucian view of happiness in virtue the happiness of human needs not only material security but also spiritual satisfaction, and the perfect integration and unity of individual happiness and social happiness through the way of inner sage and outer king. Taoism believes that only by following nature's inaction can human beings achieve true happiness, and that the social happiness is to be self-satisfied with joy in life. Taking insights from the Confucian and Taoist understandings of happiness is of great significance to the remodeling of the Chinese concept of happiness in the new era. New Historicism scholars advocate bringing historical investigation into literary studies and point out that the relationship between literature and history is not foreground and background, but interaction and mutual influence. New Historicism scholars represented by Stephen Greenblatt and Louis Montrose propose some important concepts such as \"textuality of history\", \"historicity of text\", \"subversion\" and \"containment\" to analyze and elaborate the relationship between literature and history. In ancient China, the word referring to talent that meaned people stored for use like timber preceded the one that meaned people having ability in a particular field”. The former first appeared in the Warring States of the Pre-Qin Dynasty in the form of non-word phrase structure. In the early Western Han Dynasty, evolving from a verb phrase to a fixed noun, it gradually had the meaning close to that of “talent” in modern Chinese. In the West, the earliest etymology of talent was “daimon” in ancient Greek, which was directly translated into \"genius\" by Latin translators. The word “talent” in English comes from the Greek word “talanton”. The word “talent” in modern English should be a combination of “daimon” and “talanton”. By exploring the social concepts related to talent in the early stage of human civilization between China and the West, some common points of universal significance are found in the comparison of the differences.
