Under this trend, localities have successively developed cultural tourism to enhance the visibility of the region. At present, Fujian's cultural tourism is still in its infancy, and there are still many enhancements. Therefore, this paper uses SWOT method to develop in Fujian. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of cultural tourism were analyzed, and some related suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the development of Fujian cultural tourism. The Chinese international education major as an important platform for Chinese international communication and Chinese language training, its crosscultural discipline characteristics have undoubtedly provided a good entry point for docking the quality education resources of the two countries and promoting the internationalization of higher education in our province. This paper firstly takes the main urban area of Xi'an as the research scope, and uses Arcgis software to conduct evaluation as well as analysis on the spatial distribution of four kinds of community resources such as education, commerce, medical care and parks’ green space in Xi'an. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey of the community’s residents’ satisfaction about the urban public rental housing community, this paper conducts evaluation on the housing conditions of the public rental housing community, the community environment and the residents’ sense of belonging. The study finds that the community accessibility level of the overall public rental housing in Xi'an is low, and the satisfaction of the residents in the public rental housing community is low. Therefore, the quality of community living space is poor, making the “people-oriented” spatial justice difficult to be realized. This theoretical system was formed after the critical inheritance against Freud’s theory. It is a system in which the three categories of “symbolic order”, “imaginary order” and “real order” are merged in some way by using geometric models and etc. To this day, Lacan’s “Three Order Topology” has gone through more than half a century, and its meaning has been widely used in various fields, including art, radio and television broadcast. This article aims to research and analyze this new approach based on its role in the audiences of emotional TV programs.
