Specifically, the study focused mainly on testing the following hypothesis: First, theme park is a dynamic and complex socio-technical system. Second, the world market of theme park, a supersystem composed of many socio-technical systems, follows the Power Law Distribution. Third, the global theme park market will continue to expand its total pie. And last, advent and adoption of modern technologies, such as AI and VR to various aspects of theme park's system will drive new market growth. The findings of our qualitative, analytic study indicate that all four hypotheses are accepted. Most notably, while the theme park market is mature, it is capable of new market expansion by continuously creating new demands from consumers with adopting innovative technologies for more convenient facilities and more thrilling rides. It is a good starting point to note that a prompt and wise application of up-to-date technologies to socio-technical systems with saturated demands can create new market opportunities as well as growths.","PeriodicalId":372587,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124946467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at the problem of poor fault tolerance for traditional single-node deployment, this paper proposes a distributed service discovery mechanism, which improves the Raft algorithm according to the characteristics of the data, ensures the strong consistency of data between cluster nodes, and improves the availability of service discovery. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can meet the strong consistency requirement of the data in this scenario, and can restore data consistency at a faster speed after an error.","PeriodicalId":372587,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131527369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Exploring the integration and development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry is of great significance to the development potential of the two major industries and the upgrading of the tertiary industry structure. Based on the grey relational theory, this paper constructs a gray measure model to measure the degree of integration between industries. Then, taking the integration development of Yangling Agricultural Science City culture and tourism industry as an example, and using this model to measure the integration of culture and tourism industry. It is concluded that the level of integration is low and the overall trend is slowly rising. Finally, the paper gives the countermeasures to promote the integration of culture and tourism industry.","PeriodicalId":372587,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128344386","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And there are some problems in the present PDEs modeling, such as poor intuitiveness, low efficiency, difficulty in expansion and reuse, insufficient support of modeling environment for model checking, difficulty in model checking and so on. For these problems, a parallel discrete event simulation modeling method, named Object Class Interaction Graph(OCIG), based on basic event graph and object-oriented thinking is proposed. It has the natural and simple advantages of event graph modeling for discrete event simulation, and it can well meet the requirements of scalable, easy assembly, and layered parallelism for parallel discrete event simulation applications. The article also uses the set theory to formally define it, laying the foundation for the subsequent formal checking of the model [2].","PeriodicalId":372587,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130062325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many models of product development are concerned with managing the decomposition and integration of teams. However, identifying core teams who lead to wider spreading of influence in organization networks has practical value. In our proposed approach, we build structural models to capture the technical communication dependencies among teams via the extended multi-domain matrix (EMDM). Then, we select the most influential \"core teams\" from modularized organizational network by the modified LeaderRank algorithm. We propose the similarity index as a measure of the local importance of team and comprehensively consider the local importance and global importance of the team in the organizational network. Finally, we link the results to recommendations for the management of complex PD organizational networks.","PeriodicalId":372587,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115938280","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
