By using data for 1640 non-financial listed firms of China, we document a strong positive relation between pre-crisis MA, dividend initiation decision (Di), and a negative relation between pre-crisis MA and dividend termination decision (Dt), that remains robust in the presence of corporate governance and CEO level control variables. We also analyze the impact of MA on dividend payout decisions (Dt, Di) by varying the construction of sample firms in two different ways, and find that relationship between MA and dividend payout decisions (Dt, Di) are 1) more prevalent for financially unconstrained firms and firms with strong balance sheet, 2) more pronounced under high marketized groups as compare to low marketized groups. Further, study confirms that di(dt) decision during crisis period increases(decreases) firm value. Since the huge amount of data on the web are still formed and stored in relational databases (RDBs), such data cannot be used directly via the Semantic Web. Therefore, semantic integration of relational data sources into the Semantic Web is not a trivial task and has been addressed by developing approaches and tools for transformation RDB to ontology. Rising boom of learning Chinese in today's world mainly depends on Chinese language promotion organizations' strategy. To fill the knowledge gap and to achieve the purpose of cultural diplomacy through brand promotion, in this paper we study the globalization trend of Chinese language and culture promotion by Confucius Institute (CI), analyze CI as China's first worldwide Brand of cultural and educational exchanges. Cultural recipients were used as a sample - foreign students studied on Confucius Institute Scholarship Program in China. The findings confirmed awareness and brand identity of CI through the subjective evaluations and support by its \"consumers\". In this paper, we divide actors in Service Ecosystem into Product provider(manufactures) and Service provider(Complemented enterprise). Then, a two player cooperation model based on the Evolutionary Game Theory has been developed to analyze the evolutionary law of the cooperation. We analyze the cooperation equilibrium state and discuss the impact of profits allocation on cooperation by simulation. However, mobile agents are still subject to some impact restrictions that are primarily related to security issues caused by mobility. To improve the security of the mobile agent community platform, this article provides an Interest Role_Base Access Control(IRBAC) based model to ensure security and privacy in complex social organizations. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to solve the platform hosted security problems caused by mobile agents, especially those caused by unauthorized access attacks. Combined with the RBAC model, a personalized model IRBAC is proposed, which determines its own role according to the user's interest, and a secure and flexible role delegation model. The system uses Siemens S7-314PLC as the main controller and uses PROFIBUS -DP as an industrial field-bus as the monitoring and field device layer data communication. The Atlas-MK5 communication module, and instruction list language (Instruction List) program designs is introduced and complete communication connection and data acquisition with air compressor equipment are completed during control and analysis process. Many researches draw a conclusion that the more advertisement exposure time, the more benefits they will get from the mobile applications. However, the current advertisement auction is priced and sold before actual viewing. In other words, the existing advertising pricing model doesn't involve the influence factor of the advertisement exposure time. Understanding the application usage patterns can help the advertisers to adjust the engagement of their ads. Therefore, this paper adopts a prediction model of the mobile application session time that combines the Back Propagation Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm. The cross point coordinates are extracted by Strip-like corrosion and expansion of the binary images. The form image base frame is constructed using a rectangular fit based on the Hough transform. Using the image pan, rotate, and scale algorithms, the template form image base frame to the scanned form image base frame can be matched. The filling grid area is determined based on the structural similarity algorithm (SSIM) and the filling information is thus obtained. The study used a quantitative research method to explore the impact of OBOR on sustainable development of the education industry (ESD) and long-life learning (LLL) of the international students. The data were collected through random distribution of the questionnaires among two hundred and twenty three (n=223) international students studying under OBOR scholarships program in Beijing. To generate the outcome and to test the proposed hypotheses, correlations and regression analysis tools were utilized using SPSS package. The results indicated the positive associations between the OBOR initiative and ESD and LLL. The data were collected using a random distribution of the surveys among 301 managers and employees within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The integrated model developed to highlight the direct and indirect relationship between EL and IB with intervening influence of PE. The questionnaire was divided into two sections such as managerial level and employee's level. Structure equation modeling analysis technique is majorly employed to calculate the proposed relationships by means of descriptive statistics, discriminate validity, and Pearson's correlation analysis techniques. The findings revealed that EL has a direct impact on IB and an indirect impact on IB through PE, respectively. Furthermore, this study promotes insightful information regarding IB of employees, EL, and PE relationships.
