摘要

本文旨在通过对电子商务企业效率的分析,找出电子商务企业效率低下的根源,揭示中国电子商务存在的投入冗余或产出不足的主要症结所在。本文以52家中国上市电子商务企业的经营数据为研究对象,采用嵌入平衡计分卡(BSC)方法的Super Slack-based Measure (SSBM)模型来实现研究目标。最后,本文从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个方面提出了提高效率的建议。
