Additional to this task is the question of automatic evaluation of the quality of the images. The most popular non-reference metrics for comparing the quality of full-focused images construction are considered. A method of quantitative comparison of various metrics by means of rank correlation is proposed.","PeriodicalId":372303,"journal":{"name":"2017 Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications (SINKHROINFO)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129366823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of the analysis we showed in our work that it is possible to detect the time-domain moment of the person's transition from the waking state to the state of sleep. This problem is rather actual for drivers of vehicles to prevent the car accidents. We suggested the special spectral coefficient “K”. It is ratio of the high frequency part of the signal spectral power to its low frequency part. We calculated the mean values of the coefficient “K” for patients with bradycardia. These values were lower than corresponding values for patients with normal heart rate. It is revealed, this coefficient decreases in the case of more strongly expressive bradycardia according to the expressiveness of a bradycardia. In our work we suggest to define threshold values of this coefficient for patients with different expressiveness of a bradycardia. Besides we consider spectral analysis of electrocardiosignal to determine heart arrhythmias. We suggest algorithm of analysis and original spectral parameter to discriminate normal QRS-complexes from pathological QRS-complexes. This is due to the fact that its using gives the possibility of increasing the information rate or noise performance of the system. Estimation of the Raleigh Fading channel and the signal impairments caused by the Direct-Conversion Receiver (DCR) with spatial multiplexing MIMO are considered in the paper. The amplitude-phase imbalance, DC-drift and residual frequency shift are meant under the distortions. The matrix of the channel complex factors is assumed the constant during the transmission and receiving information interval. The problem is solved in the presence not only the Additive Noise with the unknown distribution but also the Phase Noise, which is rarely included in the analysis. The estimation is executed by the least square method with the polynomial approximation of the channel in the sliding time window. The method was chosen because of its simplicity. During the first stage of the unknown parameters estimation the algorithm uses the training sequence. Then it switches to the detected information symbols. Soft decision finding is realized with the Zero Forcing method. Hard decision of the each received symbol is determined by the minimum of the residual norm square, which coincides with the maximum-likelihood method under the white Gaussian noise. The estimation of the unknown parameters algorithm efficiency is approved by the computational experiment with the different dimensions of the channel matrix. 2, 4 and 8 transmitting and receiving antennas are considered in the work. Dependence of the root mean square error on the signal-noise ratio of amplitude-phase imbalance, DC-drift and channel factors estimation was chosen as the accuracy criteria. Noise immunity curves of the uncoded QAM-4, -16, -64 after the work of the proposal algorithm are also included. The experiment showed the strong influence of the phase noise to the receiving quality with the growth of the transmitting and receiving antennas. Phase noise model identification is necessary in order to the drawback elimination.","PeriodicalId":372303,"journal":{"name":"2017 Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications (SINKHROINFO)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132900805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We represent additive noise via normal mixture model, which is able to model various interference scenarios by choosing specific mixture parameters. The adaptive classification algorithm based on application of recursive form of Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm for noise parameters estimation is proposed. It allows easy maximum-likelihood classification of the signal of interest using posterior probabilities computed in EM framework. This adaptive approach allows receiver classification algorithm to adapt to time-varying interference scenarios, since recursive form of EM algorithm updates mixture parameters estimates with every new sample obtained. In this paper we analyze the performance of our adaptive classification algorithm for a specific interference scenario expressed with particular interference mixture parameters. We compare its performance to classic optimal maximum-likelihood classification for Gaussian additive noise scenario, and also to algorithm with perfect knowledge of noise parameters.","PeriodicalId":372303,"journal":{"name":"2017 Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications (SINKHROINFO)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130130976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
