The general features of pick-to-pick functions are observed in the context of their possible applications in modern telecommunications. Abstract
The paper presents the Maximum Time Interval Error (MTIE) function analysis based on the general features of MTIE function. It is proposed to extend the pick-to-pick functions family, particularly the relative metrics.
