In particular, the case of the choice of the most probable ECC from the predefined ECCs set. The SA-method (Syndromes analysis method) is suggested to solve the issue. This method is based on the sequences syndrome analysis. Here are given basic results, which were received by statistic simulation method. It's proposed to replace it with much easier (in terms of algorithmic and computational complexity) and equipotential new method based on syndromes computation. For proposed syndrome ECC identification's method (SA-method) we have stated truth criterion for hypothesis (on received potentially corrupted code words): hypothesis should be truth when the zero syndrome's number is not above decision threshold, that depends on investigated ECC parameters and channel bit error probability. We also have found analytical formulas, which define alpha and beta errors' probabilities. The estimation on computational complexity for SA-method have allowed us to conclude that this method is practice-relevant for solving mentioned above problems (i.e. in case of known possible ECC set), and which is quite acceptable to be realized on modern cheap DSP. The proposed ECC's identification SA-method for solving radio emission monitoring problems has extended application area (in comparison with basic method) and easier implementation. Paper is devoted to the study of a question associated with power (energy) distribution of the speech signal in empirical modes which are extracted from this signal through decomposition. Material of researches is two speech signals corpora - English and Russian. Both corpora contain speech sentences that are pronounced by males and females. At the end of experiments we have taken the next results for two databases. Signal energy concentrates on the first four modes in English corpus, whereas one can observe the insignificant displacement and expansion of the energy concentration range in Russian corpus. We give the explanation of this effect from the point of view of statistical properties of the languages (speech phonemes). Investigation of the consecutive speech signal reconstruction has demonstrated that major portion of the signal energy (more than 90 %) is achieved under summing up all extracted modes except the two last ones. In these conditions use of various non-optimal methods and search algorithms, in particular, sequential-parallel search, consecutive algorithms of decision making based on a sequence segment, separate processing of components of the accepted combined sequences is limited because of decrease in energy efficiency, or complication of systems implementation. This paper is devoted to creation of processing method and search device model that is close in energy efficiency to the optimal scheme, and also to estimation of these fast conversions effectivity. The characteristic of the dynamic range and the problems associated with insufficient dynamic range. Found that building a reliable and multi-functional devices is impossible without wide dynamic range. It is shown that the dynamic range depends on the sensitivity and affects the selectivity, but also on system parameters, which include the radio receiver, for example on the accuracy of signal recovery, bandwidth, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. Summarized experimental results of radio receiver implemented according to the proposed structural scheme using the notch filter to extend the dynamic range.
