This study uses a sample of Indonesian Islamic Banks, ASET, BOPO, CAR, and DPK used, namely the last 4 years (2018-2021) in Indonesia, while the data used is secondary data taken from the official government website of the central statistics agency (BPS), annual financial reports collected from BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), processed using the reviews application. The data carried out several data analysis tests including a correlation test and a granger causality test. The results of this study are in the correlation coefficient table, ASET has a very weak correlation with CAR and DPK, while BOPO has a perfect negative correlation with AET, CAR, and DPK, CAR has a moderate correlation with DPK, and DPK has a very weak correlation with ASET. Meanwhile, in the granger causality test table BOPO has no significant effect on ASET in Islamic banks in Indonesia, and vice versa, ASET has no significant effect on BOPO. CAR has no significant effect on assets and vice versa, assets have no significant effect on CAR. DPK has no significant effect on assets, and vice versa, assets have no significant effect on DPK. The motivational scale that has gone through psychometric testing is required in motivational research to accurately describe the construct. There is still low availability of motivational scale in Indonesia that has passed the psychometric testing. Therefore, this study aims to adapt the Global Motivation Scale (GMS-28) into Indonesian. The adaptation process refers to the adaptation guidelines by the International Test Commission, where the process of adaptation also involves psychometric testing. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire on 383 participants aged 18-25 years. The psychometric test was carried out using internal consistency reliability and validity based on internal structure. The internal consistency scale has revealed all acceptable reliability coefficients aspects with a range of a = 0.703 – 0.810. Item analysis pointed out that all items have good item-total correlation and item mean. Findings from First-order Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed that all aspects have acceptable model fit and all of the items significantly measures the aspects on GMS-28. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Indonesian version of the GMS-28 is suitable for use for further studies. LuMaNa languages are spoken in Northern and Muchinga provinces of Zambia. Lungu is classified as M14, Mambwe as M15 and Namwanga as M22. The study used CV phonology and comparative Bantu morphophonological theories and qualitative methods. Results reveal that nasal homorganic assimilation depends on the consonant which follows the nasal, such as, a voiceless cluster /nk/ when a voiceless velar /k/ follows /n/ and a voiced cluster /ng/ when a voiced velar /g/ follows /n/. Nasal deletion before fricatives from singular to plural forms of nouns are not attested, instead the languages undergo nasal maintenance where /n/→/n/. Nasal deletion before fricatives is only possible during the reverse formation from plural to singular nouns where /m/→/l/ and /n/→/l/. The post-nasal stop voicing happens when converting singular to plural nouns where /l/→/n/. Post-nasal consonant hardening occurs when converting nouns from singular to plural using /l/→/d/, /n/→/m/ and /w/→/b/. Post-nasal stop aspiration only occurs in Namwanga when the voiceless consonant follows a nasal as in; /p/→/ph/. This process involves analyzing the needs and issues in the field and seeking recommendations for solutions that will be outlined in the form of planning documents. However, based on the results of the data analysis in the field, community participation in development planning in Pelaihari Village in 2021 is still low, as demonstrated by the lack of attendance of community representatives and the inadequate presence of resource persons. Besides, there need to be more proposals for the process of development planning consensus (Musrenbang). This study aims to investigate the reasons for the lack of community involvement in Pelaihari Village's development planning in 2021. Explanatory qualitative research methods are used in this study to gather information from sources including the Sub-District Heads of Pelaihari Village, a representative of the neighborhood head in Pelaihari Village, the head of Pelaihari District, and the head of the Tanah Laut Regency Development Planning Department. The findings of the field study on the reasons for low community involvement in development planning in Pelaihari Village in 2021 show that the first factor is the mindset of the people who still do not trust and understand the process of development planning and the benefits of their participation in it. The second is the technical factor of implementation which is still not optimal and not suitable for urban areas, and the last is the Pelaihari sub-district heads' lack of initiative in gathering information to share with the community and their lack of creativity in planning technological implementation and engaging the community. Finally, the recommendations in this study are directed at the Tanah Laut District Government, the Pelaihari District Head, and the Pelaihari Sub-District Head. This is what we then want to ascertain whether there are still students whose majors (PAI) cannot read the Qur'an? This study uses a type of qualitative research. The method we use is the interview method using the Google Form. The results we got were that only a small proportion of IAIN Ternate students could not read the Qur'an properly. Even if only a small part, but this is a problem that must be considered. Therefore, the importance of strengthening religious character is instilled in students, especially elementary school-age children. KH hasyim asy'ari is one of the figures who is active and has great attention in the world of Islamic education. In the implementation of education, it prioritizes character building. From various research results, it shows that KH Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts on religious character that must be possessed by elementary school children are purifying the heart, improving intentions, behaving qana'ah, being wara', and behaving patiently. And efforts to instill religious character values, strategies and methods are needed to support the implementation of character education for elementary school children, namely exemplary, teaching students with love and compassion, motivating students, stopping bad behavior by students, being gentle and being tawaduh (humble). The method used is a survey method using a quantitative approach. The variables used in the study, namely the independent variables include HRM and principal leadership, and the dependent variable is the quality of education. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics include prerequisite tests in the form of normality tests and linearity tests, then simple regression analysis tests and multiple regression analysis tests. The results showed that 1) TCR on HRM is in the very good category with a value of 86.7%; 2) TCR on the principal's leadership is also in the very good category with a value of 87.2%; 3) Furthermore, TCR on the quality of education is in the very good category with a value of 89.3%; 4) there is a positive influence between HRM and the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0 because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05; 5) as well as there is a positive influence between the principal's leadership and the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0, because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05; 6) and there is a positive influence between HRM and principal leadership on the quality of education, namely by rejecting H0 because the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and and Fhitung 23.548 greater than Ftable 3.32. On the other hand, teachers must be able to formulate lesson plans, implement learning procedures, and establish interpersonal relationships with students, fellow teachers, education personnel, parents, and stakeholders. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the empowerment of madrasah working groups to encourage improved teacher performance. The approach used in this research is quantitative, which is research that describes each variable. The purpose of using a quantitative approach is to explain the facts. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it can be seen that there is a tendency for high teacher performance to be followed by a high score of madrasah leadership. This means that there is a tendency for good leadership to support high teacher performance. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: First, the better the madrasah principal's leadership, the higher the teacher's performance; on the other hand, poor madrasah leadership has the potential to reduce teacher performance. People tend to use technology to run everyday activities, includes education. It lessen human role physically and facilitate them to achieve their goals or needs effectively. However, technology disruption resulting some problems among Indonesian children and teenagers, while qualified human resources are needed, human who are not only have competence in using technology, but also have competence in applying Islamic values that can strengthen their characters. This study uses a qualitative method, a library research. The writer collects and analyzes various, relevant and credible data related to this study. The results of the study indicates that the are some problems encountered by children and teenagers caused by digital technology such as juvenile delinquency and growth and development barriers of children. To solve children and teenagers problems in the era of society 5.0 Indonesian system of education have to refers to Islamic education. Islamic education applies from preschool level. Many types of Islamic education or knowledge to teach are tauhid, muroqabalah, ibadah, akhlak, adab, seerah, and basic of qur’anic. Basic aqidah refers to children faith, about rukun iman, ibadah refers to worship practice, rukun Islam, seerah refers to Prophet Muhammad SAW history, Akhlak refers to prophet Muhammad PbuH characters, such as patience, thoughtful, hardworking, wisdom and trustful. Qur’anic refers to qur’anic language, Arabic and memorizing juz Amma programs, all knowledge mentioned before designed in preschool learners curriculum breaks into daily program, monthly programs, and yearly programs. All of learning activities presented by teachers and preschool learners at school involve Islamic Education.
