One of negative behavior is delinquent behavior in adolescents. This study aimed to reveal the correlation between perception of socio-cultural and the emergence of delinquent behavior in school-age adolescents. The research respondents were teenagers with student status totaling 188. The sample technique used was purposive random sampling. The instruments used to measure socio-cultural were Socio-Cultural Adaptation Scale (SCAS) and Delinquency Behavior Scale (DBS). Statistical analysis method used simple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation (r = -0.397, p = 0.012) between perception of social culture and the emergence of delinquent adolescent behavior. The negative coefficient value indicated a reversed direction, which means that the more positive the perception of socio-cultural, the lower the occurrence of delinquent behavior and vice versa. It can be concluded that forming a positive perception of the socio-cultural environment can help reducing delinquent adolescent behavior.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125458169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Phone numbers become the daily identity of user's business life. where there are so many online platforms such as social media networks, applications, emails, and important sites that are connected directly through a phone number. troubles will occur when the phone number used has been inactive for a long time which will result in the phone number being recycled (recycle number) and will be used by new users. From this, it will have the potential to endanger old users because the identity data on the old user's phone number is still attached to applications, social media networks, or other services such as pay later, e-banking, get contacts, and so on. New users will also be able to feel the same way if the old users have done harmful actions on the number such as illegal online loans that will disturb new users due to the terror given. The method that will be used in this article is normative juridical, namely the concept of analyzing liability through statutory legal materials in terms of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Therefore, the user as the consumer of the telecommunications service provider can make efforts in the form of a request for accountability to the communication service provider based on the losses incurred for the user. It is also necessary to have standard operating regulations for telecommunications service providers on recycled phone numbers (recycle numbers) to create a database that can be disclosed to the public regarding phone numbers that have the status of recycled phone numbers (recycle numbers) to prevent misuse of data in phone numbers.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"308 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122867346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature study. The survey results stated that Able People at the Cirimekar Health Center had not been built because team member recruitment had not used a merit system, and there were limitations to developing team member competencies. This has an impact on efforts to build innovation that could be more optimal. In terms of prevention and handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, there were several complaints, including exposed residents who were not handled optimally, ineffective communication of health workers in handling Covid-19 services, and the inconsistency and commitment of puskesmas in conveying vaccination targets. Improvement strategies include: (1) filling the shortage of health workers with a merit system (2) In the recruitment of BLUD employees, which is preceded by job analysis and workload analysis (3) maximizing existing resources (HR, facilities/infrastructure and budget) to improve service quality. The method used is normative, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, focusing on studying secondary data, and then analysing qualitatively-descriptively. The implications of the issuance of the Constitutional Court (MK) Decision on the binding nature of the DKPP decision include: First, it is only binding on the President, the General Election Commission, Provincial Election Commission, Regency/City General Election Commission, and the Election Supervisory Board. Second, the binding nature of DKPP's legal product in the form of a Decision must be interpreted as a Decision of State Administrative Officials (beschikking) which is individual, concrete, and final, not the nomenclature of \"decision (verdict)\". Court legal considerations, namely: The phrase \"final and binding\" has been submitted to a judicial review in the Constitutional Court against the previous election law, guaranteeing legal certainty and eliminating legal confusion about the nature of DKPP decisions which are different from the nature of judicial decisions in general, DKPP institutions are placed on an equal footing with the Bawaslu and KPU.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120936026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tiktok is considered very entertaining and has a number of users that continue to increase every day. As users increase, and many users use the tiktok application to sell, tiktok adds the Tiktok shop feature to its application. This study wants to analyze the factors that influence consumer shopping decisions to make online purchases through the Tiktok Shop application. As we know, there are many other e-commerce applications that have existed for a long time and dominate the e-commerce market, such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and others. This is what causes interested researchers to raise this topic as research, because tiktok, which is a new social commerce, is able to compete with its predecessors which have long existed in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Data is collected through a google form which is distributed via social media. This data collection technique was chosen because it can collect large amounts of data in a relatively short time and at minimal cost. The results of the study show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on consumers' shopping decisions using the tiktok shop application.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131680903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
