The investigation draws upon secondary data, covering annual data from 34 provinces of Indonesia spanning from 2013 to 2021. Digitalization is proxied by the subindices of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development Index (IP-TIK) published by the Central Statistic Agency (BPS), while the achievements of sustainable development are measured by a composite index employing 19 indicators covering economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Utilizing the System Generalized Method of Moment (SGMM), the results show that the promotion of access to ICT and gross fixed capital income appears to be a way of enhancing sustainable development achievement in the short and long run. Conversely, the increase in ICT usage and foreign direct investment have proved to significantly dampen the sustainable development achievement of Indonesia in the short and long run. Efforts are required to ensure equal access to ICT and to promote the utilization of ICT for productive purposes. Furthermore, strategies to attract foreign capital inflow should be paired with the reinforcement of sectoral and environmental regulations to address the adverse effects of foreign investment.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"14 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139184747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To measure the level of corruption, the number of corrupt individuals involved in corruption cases that the court handled between 2019 and 2021 was taken into consideration. The governance aspect was evaluated based on the achievements of Monitoring Control for Prevention (MCP) and performance accountability, while political support was assessed by the support provided by political parties in the legislature to regional leaders. The negative binomial panel regression method with a fixed-effect approach was used to analyze the data collected from 24 local governments (provincial and district/city) in Aceh Province. The results indicate that governance has a significant negative impact on corruption. Therefore, it is crucial to consistently improve governance by enhancing MCP achievements and performance accountability in local governments to combat corruption in Aceh Province. Therefore, this study examined the effect of segregation on the wellbeing of third-generation migrants in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. Specifically, it investigated the upshot of employment, socio-political and economic exclusion on the wellbeing of third-generation migrants. Multi-stage sampling technique was adopted in selecting the sample for the study. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit information from 331 respondents. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at 0.05 level of significance was used for data analysis. Findings revealed that socio-political, employment and economic marginalization of third-generation migrants negatively affect their wellbeing. Importantly, it accounts for the high level of unemployment and drug addiction, poor access to education and health, low level of income, high crime rate and lack of basic social amenities among third-generation migrants in Akpabuyo, Nigeria. The study recommends that government at all levels should adopt a comprehensive and inclusive policy that would ensure the highest possible level of equality, assimilation, and social cohesion among migrants and indigenous population.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"317 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139253090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Incomplete resumes will disrupt process continuity and patient safety. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that cause incomplete filling out of medical resumes for inpatients in hospitals based on the management elements consisting of 5M, namely Man, Money, Method, Material, and Machine. The research method used is a literature review. Search articles using databases Google Scholar with selection according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of literature found was 8 journals. The results obtained in this research are from the elements man limited number of human resources, high workload, time constraints, lack of understanding by officers regarding the importance of filling out resumes, and no training for officers. Element money, there are no constraints on funding sources. Element method namely lack of socialization of SOPs, SOPs do not yet exist, there is no system reward and punishment, SOP is not detailed enough, there is no evaluation of resume completeness. Element material, that is, the resume filling items are less simple. Element machine, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure and slow distribution of files. The solutions taken to overcome this are calculating the amount of workload, implementing a disciplined attitude, providing training, preparing a special budget, creating and socializing SOPs, providing reward and punishment. redesigning resume forms, completing facilities and infrastructure in the medical records unit.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"86 1-2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139263127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through a quantitative approach, this study collected data from 426 MSMEs and analyzed it using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) model. The results show that technological factors are the dominant factors in the use of digital applications in MSMEs. However, there are significant differences in the influence of these factors between UMi and UKM. In UMi, technological factors are more prominent, while in UKM, organizational factors are more influential as determinants of digital application use. UMi focuses more on the technological aspect of digital app usage, while UKM prioritize organization as the main driver. This study provides important insights into the dynamics of digital app usage among MSMEs and the strategic differences between UMi and UKM, offering guidance for the development of more effective and scale-appropriate technology strategies.","PeriodicalId":371823,"journal":{"name":"Daengku: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139266268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
