The principle of thematic learning is child-centered and the needs of children. This study aims to analyze project-based marine thematic learning in early childhood. The research method used is qualitative. The participants of this study were the principal and students of group B PAUD Pembina 1 Ternate. The data collection was a direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary methods. Data analysis used the transcript of the interview results followed by coding to find research focus on project-based marine thematic learning. Data analysis in this study used taxonomic analysis. The results revealed that teachers in group B had implemented project-based thematic learning. Some obstacles met by teachers in composing daily lesson plans. The teachers had difficulty integrating play activities with marine education-based learning related to school conditions, learning models, and media used in the marine education-based learning process. Research subjects consisted of two schools namely SDN 47 as the experimental class and SDN Krisik 48 as the control class. Research subjects were determined based on pretest and posttest mean values. The research design used in this research is a quasi-research field (Quasi Eksperimen) involving control and experimental group, with non Equivalent Control Group Design research design. Students' reading comprehension skills are measured using multiple choice tests. The measurement data was analyzed using t-test with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The result of the research showed that the average percentage of the improvement of study of Group Investigation model on students' reading comprehension was 76.33 higher than the students who studied with conventional learning. One of these problems is motivated by the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) which is doctrinal, exclusive, and normative. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed through multicultural, inclusive, and pluralist Islamic Religious Education Learning based on the Islamic spirit by grounding Islam rahmatan lil 'ālamīn and an Indonesian spirit that respects diversity (plurality). There are two Indonesian Muslim thinkers and intellectuals who actively voice the spirit of Islam and Indonesianness, namely Abdurrahman Wahid and Nurcholish Madjid. The purpose of this research is to understand Abdurrahman Wahid and Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts on educational studies from a methodological perspective. Regarding the concept of Islamic and Indonesian-ness spirit and its contribution to the development of Islamic Religious Education. Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk. Medan Branch Office either partially or simultaneously. The data source in this study is the 2012-2016 financial reports. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 17.0 program. The results showed that the t-count value for the DPK variable (X1) (13.112) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially DPK has a positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable ROA (X2) (11.659) < (12.706) or (0.054) > (0.05), partially ROA has no positive and significant effect on LDR. The t-count value for the variable interest rate (X3) (13.152) > (12.706) or (0.048) < (0.05), partially the interest rate has a positive and significant effect on LDR. Simultaneously the DPK, ROA and interest rate variables have a significant effect on LDR at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat hambatan dalam mewujudkan rekrutmen yang transparan dan akuntabel yaitu seperti adanya perbedaan persepsi, belum adanya regulasi yang mengatur batasan kontrak, pengumuman yang dilakukan hanya sebagai formalitas, dan adanya pengaruh dari oknum yang memiliki kepentingan sehingga hasil rekrutmen tidak berjalan secara objektif.
