Changing structural parameters in the course of physical modeling provided a way to establish thresholds for the occurrence and development of the most common electrical faults in automotive alternators. Results of experimental research confirm the relationship between structural and diagnostic parameters that was established analytically. The method of mathematical processing of wattmeter cards for the diagnostics of sucker-rod pumping units, which allows controlling the condition of surface equipment of the pumping unit, has been developed. The balanced state, as well as the efficiency factor of the pumping unit can be calculated with the help of wattmeter cards. A mathematical model of the dynamic parameters of the anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor module is proposed. The mathematical model allows predicting the response of the sensor based on the AMR effect in dynamic mode. Based on the research, a sensor has been developed that implements an original way to increase sensitivity. Quantitative ratios of faults and their types were identified. All motors were categorized by age. Proportion of “under risk” motors was determined. Such DC motors are eligible for fault diagnostics allowing to monitor fault at early stages. Analysis of main diagnosis methods was conducted and creation of recording system of sparking charges between brushes was justified. Approximate design for recording system with built-in antenna was presented. The aim of the study was to analyze the types and characteristics of repair of electric machines, to study the volumes and norms of testing induction motors, to review the software for the post-repair test of induction motors up to 1 kV, as well as to develop a concept for constructing a stand for automated post-repair testing of induction motor. Kharitonov","doi":"10.1109/ICOECS46375.2019.8949949","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICOECS46375.2019.8949949","url":null,"abstract":"In recent years, there has been a rapid growth of research and development on cross-platform integration of various aircraft systems such as hydraulic, fuel, air conditioning system, power supply system, auxiliary power unit (APU), mid-flight engine, etc. Likewise, there is an increasing trend towards avoiding hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components in favour of electrical systems that have lower losses in energy conversion and higher level of work progress regulation. Systems for generating electrical energy of variable frequency and a constant value of the generated voltage are already available on board the medium-haul aircraft. In this case, devices, which ensure frequency stabilization, are excluded from the system. Aircrafts such as the Boeing-787, A-380 and the new Russian aircraft MC-21 may be cited as examples. The article presents a starter-generator system for the mid-flight engine of the aircraft based on the synchronous motor with permanent magnets (PMSM) and semiconductor converter. The system is built using the algorithm of the adaptive estimator based on the flux linkage, by which it is possible to refuse from the speed sensor and position sensor rotor, which reduces mass and dimensions and reduces the number of information lines of the system. The work of the spring electric drive for defectoscopes (SED) is based on the fact that the resistance to magnetic flux changes when longitudinal and transverse defects appear on the inner and outer surfaces of the product. As a result of this effect, when the SED moves inside the product on the spring winding as a result of changes in the circuit current, a signal appears that determines the location and parameters of the defects. The list of elements of the nodes that determine the reliability and resource of the turbogenerator is determined.
