Therefore, it is necessary to have a good performance appraisal system of civil servants. Although compared with the past, China's civil servant performance appraisal system has been improved to a certain extent, however, at present, there are still some problems, and it has not fully played its due role. With the advent of the era of \"big data\", people's life and work style are undergoing great changes. Under the influence of \"big data\", the performance assessment of civil servants has also changed. The application of \"big data\" technology for performance assessment has become the development trend of The Times. However, the characteristics of civil servant performance bring both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, only the scientific application of big data technology, in the \"big data\" environment, reasonable improvement of civil servant performance appraisal standard system, can play a normative and effective, but also practical effect. The result shows that the proportion of female sports tourists is higher than the male; Residents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have low awareness of sports tourism entertainments. The residents of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region prefer the two-day duration and the styles of free tour and DIY tour. Airport economy not only plays an important part in optimizing the structure of urban development and economic transformation, but also plays a major role in the rational exploitation of the urban landscape resources and the adjustment of mechanisms’ relationship. However, in the development process of the airport economy, the theoretical scholars and practitioners have not systematically combed through its development efficiency and influencing factors, which leads to the development orientation of the airport economy being out of focus. In this paper, the stochastic frontier analysis model is used to analyze the economic efficiency of Guangzhou Airport. Based on the panel data of Guangzhou Airport, this paper applies the stochastic frontier model of simultaneous equations to analyze the economic efficiency of Guangzhou Airport and its influencing factors. The study finds that the relevant support policies of schools and governments have a positive impact on satisfaction, and the degree of impact is large; the favorable conditions of families have a negative impact on satisfaction, but the degree of impact is small. Therefore, in order to further improve the entrepreneurial satisfaction of college students, it is necessary for schools to focus on building entrepreneurial activities platform, training experienced entrepreneurial mentors, and docking alumni for entrepreneurial college students.
